留された洗浄殺菌液内に、デイスペンサノズルを
一定時間浸漬させ、該ノズルの内外面および下側
端面を洗浄殺菌するように構成する。

A cleaning and sterilizing device for a beverage dispenser nozzle, comprising: a hot water tank for storing hot water; and a cleaning and sterilizing liquid supply mechanism for supplying the cleaning and sterilizing liquid stored in the hot water tank to the container; A liquid receiver that retains the sterilizing liquid;
A weir disposed in a part of the liquid receiver to allow the cleaning sterilizing liquid to overflow, and a mounting part to be installed near the nozzle of the beverage dispenser, and continuously supplying the cleaning sterilizing liquid into the container. The dispenser nozzle is immersed in the cleaning and sterilizing liquid retained in the container for a certain period of time while a part of the cleaning and sterilizing liquid is overflowed and the cleaning and sterilizing liquid in the container is replaced. A cleaning and sterilizing device for a beverage dispenser nozzle, characterized in that it cleans and sterilizes a lower end surface.
