  1. 傾斜基台１上に内部を液受室７としたヘツドボ
    ツクス６を設け、このヘツドボツクス６の両側壁
    に設けられたベアリング１０，１０間にクランプ
    １３付きの回転円筒１１を回動自在に支持させる
    とともに、これらのベアリング１０，１０の少な
    くとも液受室７側の部分には環状のＶパツキン２
    ２をベアリング１０側が開く向きに装着し、また
    Ｖパツキン２２のベアリング側には空気供給孔２
    ５を開口させたことを特徴とする管内面電解研摩
    装置の駆動側加工ヘツド。
