業が必要、等いろいろと欠点がある。 The 1/4 wavelength dielectric coaxial resonator 2 mentioned as an example of the dielectric coaxial resonator itself is well known;
To be sure, referring to Figure 1, resonator 2
The inner wall surface and outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical (cylindrical, rectangular cylinder, etc.) body 21 made of titanium oxide ceramic dielectric material etc. are baked with silver, electroless plated with copper, or electrolytically plated with electroless plating method. In addition to forming a film-like inner conductor 22 and outer conductor 23 in combination, an electrode 24 for short-circuiting the inner conductor and the outer conductor is formed on the entire bottom surface in the figure in the same manner. Conventionally, in order to connect the inner conductor 22 to the outside, a hole is inserted into the center hole from the open end (left side in the figure).
A metal rod-shaped terminal 26 having a stopper collar 25 is inserted, and the terminal 26 and the inner conductor 22 are bonded together using solder or conductive paint. The terminal 26 is usually made of solid silver plated material. When solder is used to conductively fix the terminal 26 and the inner conductor 22, the terminal 26 expands thermally due to heating to a high temperature, and when cooled, the inner conductor 22 is pulled and the inner conductor 22 is pulled away from the dielectric 21 surface. It may peel off. For the same reason, peeling may occur at low temperatures during use. Furthermore, the adhesion strength between the inner conductor 22 and the surface of the dielectric 21 decreases during heating. Due to this, the resonant frequency and Q of the resonator 2 may change. This is especially true in the case of plating electrodes. When conductive paint is used instead of solder, it usually requires heating and curing, which takes time. Also, conductive paint has poor electrical conductivity and is unstable, so creating a filter will increase loss in odd mode. Furthermore, it has various drawbacks, such as being expensive and requiring work to remove conductive adhesive that has protruded into unnecessary areas.

A terminal structure for connecting the inner conductor film to an external circuit through a terminal in a dielectric coaxial resonator in which an inner conductor film is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the through hole of the dielectric material, and an outer conductor film is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the dielectric material. And,
The terminal includes a cylindrical portion having a split ring-like cross section and an external connection portion protruding from one end of the cylindrical portion, and the cylindrical portion has an inner diameter of the through hole of the dielectric in its natural state. It has an outer diameter larger than that, and is located in the through hole of the dielectric with elastic force and is in pressure contact with the inner conductor film, so that the external connection part is closer to the end surface of the dielectric. It is characterized by its prominence.

用される。 Reference numeral 30 denotes a terminal, which is made of a metal plate with spring properties and has a split ring shape in cross section, that is, a rounded rectangular plate with end faces facing each other with a gap between them. The connecting portion 32 is integrally molded. As a result, the cylindrical portion 31 has a slit extending over its entire length, and has an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the inner conductor 22 in a natural state (a state in which no external force is applied). For example, the inner diameter of the inner conductor 22 is 4
mmφ, the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 31 is 4.5 mmφ.
When the cylindrical portion 31 is shrunk by applying an external force and placed into a hole surrounded by the inner conductor 22 and released from the external force, a force that tends to expand in the cylindrical portion 31 is generated, which causes the cylindrical portion 31 and the inner conductor 22 to In close contact. A connection with the outside, for example, a capacitor electrode, is soldered to the external connection portion 32. This embodiment is applied, for example, to a structure as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-57302.

良好である、などすぐれた効果を有する。 As is clear from the above embodiments, according to this invention, thermal expansion strain can be absorbed by the spring properties of the cylindrical part and the sliding contact between the cylindrical part and the inner conductor, so that the inner conductor is dielectric. It does not peel off from the body surface, it does not heat up so the adhesion between the inner conductor and the dielectric surface is not impaired, and it is easy and quick to work as it only needs to be inserted.
It has excellent effects such as lower material and labor costs, lower product costs, reduced weight, and good electrical conductivity.
