(Industrial Application Field) This invention relates to a fluid dispersion device that disperses contact fluid by gravity over a fluid contact material filled in a reaction tower, absorption tower, distillation tower, cooling tower, etc. . (Prior Art) As a conventional fluid dispersion device, as shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, a perforated plate type dispersion device 25 in which a large number of holes 24 are bored in a circular plate 23 is widely used. (Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, with the pipe type mentioned above, the flow rate is determined by the fluid head at each distribution hole position, so
The flow rate flowing down from the dispersion hole near the tip of the branch pipe 21 tends to decrease, and uniform dispersion is difficult unless the fluid is supplied under pressure. In addition, in the above-mentioned perforated plate type, the holes 24 also serve as ventilation holes for the rising gas flow, so the holes cannot be made very small in diameter.
The flow rate was not uniform depending on each hole and the position on the periphery of each hole, and local deviations occurred, making it difficult to uniformly distribute the powder. Furthermore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 57-10328 discloses a liquid sprayer in which a liquid spraying plate is provided with a gap on the outside of a liquid container having an overflow hole in the side wall. The sprayer has a complicated double structure, which increases manufacturing costs, and also causes problems such as poor uniform dispersion of liquid due to variations in the clearance due to manufacturing and assembly errors of each part, and liquid dripping from the bottom of the liquid container. It had some drawbacks. This invention solves the above-mentioned conventional problems and aims to provide a fluid dispersion device with a simple structure that can uniformly disperse fluid by gravity. (Means for Solving the Problems) However, in the fluid dispersion device of this invention, in a flow channel assembly formed by connecting a plurality of fluid channels in a horizontal direction, a large number of fluid channels are disposed on both sides of the fluid channels. A plurality of combs are formed by providing an overflow opening in the form of a cut groove that opens upward, and by inserting cut grooves that open downward into a lower side wall that extends downward from both side walls of the fluid flow path. This is a fluid dispersion device characterized by providing tooth-shaped protrusions. Although the fluid dispersion device of this invention can be constructed from various materials such as metal, it is particularly preferable to construct it from ceramics because it is easy to manufacture and has high corrosion resistance. (Function) In the fluid dispersion device of this invention, when fluid is supplied to the fluid flow path at any position of the flow path assembly, preferably by a separate fluid supply pipe, the fluid is distributed throughout each continuous fluid flow path. The fluid in each fluid channel then overflows the overflow port and flows down along the outer surface of the side wall of the fluid channel, and all or part of this fluid flows down along the protrusion and reaches the tip of the protrusion. Others fall directly from the outer surface of the side wall. This overflow flow rate is approximately uniform at each position of the channel assembly, and the protrusions guide the fluid downward and suppress the fluid from moving laterally along the lower surface of the bottom wall of the fluid channel. It falls at a substantially uniform flow rate from each part, achieving uniform dispersion. (Embodiment) An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a flow channel assembly, in which four fluid channels 2 whose planar shape is curved in the shape of a quarter-circular arc and four fluid channels 3 whose planar shape is straight are interconnected in the horizontal direction. It will be made. The fluid channels 2 and 3 have the same cross-sectional shape of a substantially U-shape with an open top as shown in FIG. 2, and as shown in FIG. A large number of (overflow ports) 5 are provided. Note that the lower edge 5a of the cut groove 5 is spaced apart from the upper surface of the bottom wall 6 of the fluid flow path by a small distance h. Further, on the lower surface of the bottom wall 6 of the fluid channels 2 and 3, both side walls 4 are provided.
A lower side wall 7 extending downwardly is continuously provided, and this lower side wall 7 is also provided with cut grooves 8 that open downward, and a large number of comb-like protrusions 9 are formed therein. Reference numeral 10 denotes a mounting piece protruding from the outer periphery of the channel assembly 1, which is used to set it in a position of use in a reaction tower or the like. The dispersion device 11 having the above configuration is made of porcelain, and is molded by an integral molding method using a pouring method and then fired. The fluid is supplied to the dispersion device 11 by flowing it down to the central connection part of the fluid flow path 3 through a separate fluid supply pipe P. The supplied fluid overflows the notch (overflow port) 5 of each fluid flow path 3 and 2 as described in the above section of the function, and flows down along the outer surface of the side wall 4 and the lower side wall 7. , is guided by the protrusion 9 and uniformly distributed from the lower end of the protrusion 9. Next, Table 1 shows the results of an experiment using the dispersion device 11 having the above configuration. The outer diameter of the channel assembly 1 of the dispersion device used in the experiment was 300 mm, the inner width of the fluid channels 2 and 3 was 35 mm, the pitch of the cut grooves 5 and 8 was 25 mm, and the number of grooves was 76 each (therefore, there were no protrusions). The number of 9s is also 76). This dispersion device 11 was installed on the top of a fluid contact tower with an inner diameter of 450 mm, and a layer thickness of 600 mm was installed in the fluid contact tower.
Filled with porcelain Raschig rings to the extent of mm.
Air containing 1000 ppm of NH 3 is introduced from the bottom of the fluid contact tower, and 6000 ppm of water is introduced into the center of the dispersion device from the top.
The NH 3 absorption efficiency and pressure loss (air) of the Raschig ring packing were measured when gas-liquid countercurrent contact was performed by flowing down Kg/m 2 H. For comparison, there is also a comparative example dispersing device which has the same dimensions as the dispersing device 11 but without the downward protrusion 9 (and the lower side wall 7), as shown in FIG. 6, and a pipe-type dispersing device (branch) shown in FIG. Pipe inner diameter 30mm, branch pipe total length 2090mm, spray hole diameter 8
Measurements were also carried out under the same conditions for the perforated plate type dispersion device (disc diameter 450 mm, hole diameter 25 mm x 60 pieces) shown in Figure 8.

に経済的に製造できる。[Table] From the above table, the dispersion device of the present invention has a higher absorption efficiency of the filler than the comparative dispersion device without downward protrusions and the conventional pipe-type or perforated plate-type dispersion device due to improved uniformity of fluid dispersion. It can be seen that this has improved by 7 to 9%. This invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments; for example, the planar shape of the channel assembly 1 can be made into various shapes as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5. (Effects of the invention) As explained above, according to this invention, it is possible to uniformly spread the fluid by gravity using a device with a simple structure that does not require a pressurizing device. In particular, the channel aggregates are continuous in the horizontal direction,
The overflow port opens upward, and the cut groove for forming protrusions at the bottom of the fluid flow path opens downward, so the entire dispersion device is a single piece with a simple shape, and is made of ceramic material. It can be manufactured easily and economically by integral molding.
