入器に関する。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention provides a pipe lining in which a piston for extruding liquid lining material from the injection path is provided in a main body having an injection path so as to be slidable back and forth. Regarding material injectors.

However, when the piston is moved near the stroke end on the injection path side, the lining material in the gap between the lining material pressing end surface of the piston and the inner end surface of the main body is pushed out because the viscosity of the liquid lining material is quite high. In addition, the lining material remains in the injection path, so when the piston is pulled back, the vacuum effect caused by the adhesion of the residual lining material makes it difficult for the piston to move or prevents it from moving. After removal from the tube, the inlet of the tube is filled with lining material, and as the lining material object is inserted into the tube, the lining material overflows, resulting in the contamination of the tube, etc.

ある。 The purpose of this invention is to sufficiently reduce the amount of lining material remaining in the syringe to facilitate the retraction operation of the piston, and to allow the lining material to be inserted into the tube without or with very little overflow caused by insertion of the lining material. The main point is to enable the supply of lining material.

その作用効果は次の通りである。
The characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the lining material pressing end surface of the piston located near the stroke end on the side of the lining material injection port of the main body communicates with a portion of the gap between the inner end surface of the piston and the portion located near the periphery of the piston. This is due to the formation of a pressurized gas supply path.
Its effects are as follows.

る。[Operation] In other words, if the piston moves to the vicinity of the stroke end on the injection port side and further injection movement becomes difficult or impossible, for example, a pressure for piston movement is applied from the pressurized gas supply path between the piston and the main body. A suitable pressurized gas such as pressurized air is supplied, and the residual lining in the syringe can be injected into the pipe by gas pressure, and
The lining material can be pushed deep into the pipe.

ピストンの引き戻し操作を行える。 Therefore, the amount of lining material remaining in the syringe can be extremely reduced, and the piston can be easily pulled back without being adversely affected by the vacuum effect caused by the adhesion of the remaining lining material.

く良好にライニング作業を行える。 Furthermore, when inserting a lining object into a tube from which the syringe has been removed, since the lining material is pushed inward, it is possible to avoid an inconvenient situation where the lining material overflows from the tube. Lining work can be done well without getting dirty.

As a result, it has become possible to perform both the lining material injection work and the lining work easily, quickly and efficiently, and it has become possible to provide a pipe lining material injector that is even better in terms of both workability and handling.

are arranged so as to be distributed in the circumferential direction, and a narrow gap 11 is formed between the lining material pressing end surface 6a and the inner end surface 1a when the piston 6 reaches the stroke end on the side of the injection path 4. It has been done. In addition, when the piston 6 approaches the stroke end on the injection path 4 side, grooves 13 that communicate the gap 11 with the pressurized air chamber 12 behind the piston 6 are distributed in the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral wall surface of the main body 1. groove 13.
The lining material of the gap 11 and the injection path 4 is pushed out to the inside of the pipe 2 by pressurized air from the pipe.
