- 放水口及び排水口を有する中空ヘツドが取付け
られた可動送水管内に可動排水管を設けて排水口
に臨ませ、地下送水管に接続してマンホール内に
設置する固定送水管内に固定排水管を設け、固定
送水管に可動送水管を、固定排水管に可動排水管
を夫々上下摺動自在に接続した寒冷地向消火栓。
