Claims (1)
- 投光部からの光をワークに投光し、その反射光
を受光部にて受光して位置を検出し、その位置検
出出力にて溶接機等のトーチを位置決めしてワー
クを溶接せしめる光学式変位計において、火花飛
来方向と略平行に受光部の受光窓を配置して成る
ことを特徴とする光学式変位計。
