Claims (1)
- 発熱部品をヒートシンクに取付ける発熱部品の
取付装置において、前記ヒートシンクに固定され
る第１部材と、該第１部材に対して変位可能に支
持されると共に前記第１部材に付設される第２部
材とを備え、前記第１及び第２部材の一部を折曲
して斜め上方を向く傾斜面を形成すると共に前記
第１部材の傾斜面にネジが貫通される貫通孔を設
け、前記第２部材の傾斜面に前記ネジが螺合され
るネジ孔を設け、かつ前記発熱部品を前記ヒート
シンク及び前記第２部材間に配置し、前記第１部
材を介して前記第２部材にネジを螺合することに
より前記第１及び第２部材間の間隔を狭め、該第
２部材で前記発熱部品をヒートシンクに圧着する
様に成した発熱部品の取付装置。
