Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 揺動可能なキヤリツジの一対のレンズ軸の一方
    に着脱自在に保持させた型板と、前記キヤリツジ
    を支持する本体に設けた型受とを用いて、前記レ
    ンズ軸間に保持させた被加工レンズを前記本体の
    レンズ研削砥石により前記型板の形状に倣い加工
    するようにした玉摺機において、 前記キヤリツジの揺動角を検出するための揺動
    角検出手段と、前記レンズ軸の回転角を検出する
    ための回転角検出手段と、前記被加工レンズの型
    板による倣い加工開始前に前記レンズ軸を少なく
    とも一回転させるための制御回路と、前記制御回
    路によりレンズ軸を回転させたときに前記揺動角
    検出手段と前記回転角検出手段との信号により型
    板の動径変化を記憶する動径変化メモリ部と、第
    一回目の加工前における前記動径変化メモリ部に
    記憶された第１の動径変化と第二回目の加工前に
    おける動径変化メモリ部に記憶された第２の動径
    変化とを比較して動径変化が同じときに警告手段
    を作動させる比較判断回路とを設けたことを特徴
    とする玉摺機。
