Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 直接する物体の移動方向に直交する回転軸を有
し物体の移動に伴つて正逆回転する非弾性部材か
らなるローラと、ローラの回転角度に応じた信号
を出力するエンコーダとを備えた位置検知装置に
おいて、 前記ローラを前記物体と直接的に接するように
配置し、 前記ローラより摩擦係数が大きく且つ当該ロー
ラの外径より大きい外径を有し弾性変形の状態で
前記物体と接する弾性部材を当該ローラに固定し てなることを特徴とする位置検知装置。
