遠赤外線を発生する物質の層を設けたものも知ら
れている。ところが調理器具の遠赤外線層が平坦
なため、遠赤外線が一方向のみに放射され、い
も、魚その他の被調理物の下面のみから遠赤外線
が侵入することになり、内部までまんべんなく調
理するためには、調理の途中で被調理物を裏返す
等の手間がかかる。なお従来の遠赤外線を利用す
る調理器具としては、実公昭50−42029、実開昭
58−133024、特開昭54−36881等がある。

き球面状の内面を反射面としている遠赤外線焼器

は遠赤外線がいろんな方向に乱発射され、金網上
の被焼物に下側の各種の方向から侵入するばかり
でなく、蓋の内面でいろんな方向へ反射した遠赤
外線が被焼物の上側の面にいろんな方向から侵入
する。

2は下開き球面状のステンレス製板金製及び他の
金属製で、中央部上面に取手10を備え、下端周
縁の階段状断面のフランジ11がフランジ8上に
嵌合している。蓋2の内面12はステンレス製の
場合は磨面、他の金属製の場合はクロムメツキ磨
面としてあり、この内面12の球面中心は概ね金

内部の熱気が漏れる恐れがなく、この面からも調
理時間が短縮する。
