ることを目的とするものである。(Prior Art and its Problems) Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Publication No. 112150 of 1972, there has been a food container using a microwave transparent material as a heat insulating material. however,
In such a conventional example, the main body and the lid are constructed by a unique engagement means, that is, a protrusion on the main body and a protrusion on the lid that covers and engages the protrusion on the main body. Such a conventional example has a problem in that the engaging means is complicated. The present invention does not require any special engagement means between the main body and the lid, as seen in conventional examples.
The object is to keep the heat of the object to be heated by allowing the main body and the lid to naturally come into close contact with each other at the same time as heating the object.

That is, a protrusion is provided on the periphery of the tray body made of a heat insulating material, a metal coating is formed on the entire surface of the tray body, and the lower edge of the heat-insulating box-shaped lid made of synthetic resin is brought into contact with the inside of the protrusion. The tray body is covered with the box-shaped lid.

を確実なものとすることができる。(Example) Reference numeral 1 denotes a tray body made of a heat insulating material, a protrusion 2 is provided on the periphery of the tray body 1, and a metal coating layer 3 is formed on the entire surface of the tray body 2. Reference numeral 4 denotes a heat-insulating box-shaped lid made of synthetic resin, and is constructed so that the lower edge 9 of the tray comes into contact with the inside of the protrusion 2 so that the tray main body is covered with the box-shaped lid 4. If the tray main body 1 is made of, for example, a synthetic resin with closed cells, it can be heat-insulated and lightweight, and the box-shaped lid 4 has a low dielectric constant, is heat resistant, and can be lightweight. Therefore, it is preferable to use a resin foam material. Reference numeral 5 is a partition wall that constitutes each chamber, and 8 is a cold food zone that is not covered with a box-shaped lid 4 attached to the tray main body 1. Therefore, when food 6 is placed in the tray body 1 and heated in a microwave oven with the box-shaped lid 4 placed over the tray body as described above, the food 6 is heated and the box-shaped lid 4 is heated at the same time. Although the tray body 1 is heated and expanded, the tray body 1 is not heated, so that the contact point 10 of the lower edge 9 of the box-shaped lid 4 is in close contact.
Such close contact prevents bacteria and the like from entering the inside, and at the same time, it is possible to ensure that the food 6 is kept warm and prevented from drying out.

的諸効果がある。(Effect of the invention) Since the invention is as described above, for example, if a large number of trays are stored in a serving cart configured as a microwave oven, it is possible to store trays in a hallway or while moving the serving cart. You can heat the food while you are there, so you can have a meal at an appropriate temperature. Additionally, since there is no need to heat food for each patient in the kitchen, up to 10 types of food can be cooked in advance and placed on trays, streamlining cooking. There is a big advantage. In addition, since the box-shaped lid and the tray body are brought into close contact due to the temperature difference, there is no need for special engagement means between the tray body and the lid, preventing bacteria from entering the interior and keeping food warm. It is possible to reliably prevent drying, and since no special engagement means are required, it has various practical effects such as being easy to manufacture and providing at low cost.
