DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a movable wall hanging vehicle that aims to improve bending running performance and stable running performance and reduce costs. The wheels are made up of different wheels that can come into contact with the guide member provided on the hanger rail, and wheels that do not, and the contact between the large-diameter wheels and the guide member allows for smooth bending and travel. The axle of the wheel and the suspension wheel body are structured so that they can be separately machined to reduce costs.

In order to make a hanging wheel for a so-called movable wall, which allows a wall to be freely moved by hanging it from a hanging wheel that moves along a hanger rail installed on the ceiling of a room, bend and travel, the hanging wheel itself must be bendable. In some cases (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-56232), a rotation direction plate is attached to the inside of the running wheels provided on both the left and right sides of the hanging wheel body, and this rotation direction plate is made to interfere with the bending hanger rail to rotate the running wheels. When sliding on a hanger rail and running bent
51568) is known, but in the case of
The mechanism to make the hanging wheel itself bendable is complicated,
It is expensive because it requires many bearings,
Another disadvantage is that the bent portion bends, causing problems such as impact when passing through the cut portion of the hanger rail. In other cases, the rotating direction plate and the hanger rail rub against each other during bending, resulting in significant wear of the hanger rail, making smooth bending difficult. These drawbacks become more noticeable when a large number of running wheels, such as eight or more, are provided to support a large moving wall.

In addition, in order to improve the degree of freedom in transporting a movable wall, hanger rails are laid vertically and horizontally by crossing the hanger rails. A central groove 3 is provided for the hanging shaft 2 to pass through, and at the intersection 4 this groove becomes a break in the rail, causing the wheels of the hanging vehicle to fall and give a large impact to the moving wall. . Therefore, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 1, three traveling wheels were arranged at intervals on the left and right sides of the hanging wheel main body 5 in the traveling direction, and were arranged on both sides of the hanging wheel main body 5 in the traveling direction. When the traveling wheels 6 or 7 cross the groove 3, the central traveling wheel 8 receives the load, and when the central wheel 8 crosses the groove, the load is supported by the wheels 6 and 7 on both sides in the traveling direction. However, even in this case, in reality, for example, when the wheel 6 on the front end side in the traveling direction crosses the groove 3, the entire load is not applied to the center wheel, but the center wheel 6 is affected by the deflection of the member.
Since the load is received by the wheel 7 on the rear end side in the traveling direction, the suspended wheel body leans forward slightly, and the wheel 6 on the forward end side in the traveling direction falls into the groove, giving an impact to the suspended wheel when crossing the groove.

In addition, in a six-wheeled suspended vehicle as shown in FIG. Like the shaft 2, it protrudes laterally from the center side 10 of the suspension wheel body 5, but in order to make the suspension shaft 2 rotatable, the axle 9 cannot penetrate through the suspension wheel body 5. Since the axle 9 must be integrally machined with the suspension wheel body 5, the machining cost becomes extremely high.

In FIGS. 2 to 5, a hanging shaft 12 for hanging a movable wall is inserted into the center of a hanging wheel main body 11 (a main body supporting a plurality of axles 36, 37, 38, 39, which will be described later). A hole 13 and a continuous hole 15 for inserting the suspension shaft head are bored through the hole 13 and the stepped portion 14. A female screw 17 is cut into the lid 16 to prevent the lower shaft from coming off. This suspended wheel main body 11 integrally has bulges 18 and 19 that protrude left and right in the traveling direction of the suspended wheel main body 11 in the central part, and the side walls 20 and 21 of each of these bulged portions include: Hanging wheel body 1

Pairs of left and right running wheels are attached to both left and right sides of the hanging wheel main body 11 in the traveling direction.
Axle 3 passing through the left and right sides of the suspension wheel body, respectively
6, 37, 38, and 39 are rotatably attached to the ends of the left and right shafts. In this case, the shaft end portion on the side to which the small diameter wheel is attached is offset downwardly with respect to the other end so that wheels with different outer diameters can be brought into contact on the same plane as described later. And adjacent running wheels, for example 26 and 22, 22 and 23
The distances 1, 2, and 3 between the axes are all determined to be wider than the width 4 of the central groove 33 described above. Also, holes 4 for fitting axles 37 and 38 to which inner running wheels 22, 22' and 23, 23' are attached.
0 and 41 indicate the hole 13 or 1 into which the hanging shaft is inserted.
Center C of the hanging shaft 12 so as not to interfere with 5.
It is bored at a position that is sufficiently eccentric in the front-rear direction toward the traveling direction of the hanging wheel main body 11. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, from the radius r 1 of the hole 15, the hole is

Further, the outer diameters of the traveling wheels are not all the same, and some diameters are larger than others.
In this embodiment, as is clear from FIGS. 2 to 4, the inner running wheel 2 on the right side in FIG.
The outer diameters of wheels 2' and 23' are larger than the outer diameters of the other running wheels. For example, the outer diameter of the inner running wheels 22', 23' is
In the case of 20m/mφ, the outer diameter of other running wheels is 15 to 17
m/mφ is appropriate. Therefore, these large-diameter wheels 22', 23' are a type of guide member provided approximately at the center of the top plate 30 of the hanger rail 28 along the traveling direction of the hanging wheel, as shown in FIG. The outer diameter is in contact with the guide rail 42 with a width of 5 mm, and the other traveling wheels 22, 23, 2
6, 27, 26', and 27' do not contact the guide rail 42 at all.

Next, the running state of the hanging wheel in the above embodiment will be explained. Shown in Figures 6a and b are:
The straight rail 43 and the bent rail 44 form the branch part 4
This is the case where the connection is made at 5. A guide rail 46, which is a type of arcuate guide member, is fixed to the top plate of the hanger rail at the branching portion. Consider a case where the hanging wheel 47 travels from the right in the direction of the arrow 48 at such a branch. For now, as shown in FIG. 6a, large diameter wheels 22',
If 23' is installed on the right side when facing the direction of travel, even if the hanging wheel is moving straight,
Since the right large-diameter wheels 22' and 23' do not come into contact with the guide rail 46, which bends from the center to the left, the hanging wheel maintains its straight traveling state. On the other hand, the 6th
As shown in Figure b, the large diameter wheels 22', 23'
If the hanging wheel is provided on the left side in the traveling direction indicated by arrow 48, if the hanging wheel continues as it is,
As shown in the figure, the large diameter wheel 23' comes into contact with the guide rail, and the traveling direction of the hanging wheel curves along the guide rail 46 as shown by an arrow 49. In this way, simply by reversing the direction in which the hanging wheel is placed on the hanger rail by 180 degrees, it is possible to freely change the direction of movement at the branching point.

Next, a situation in which the hanging wheel crosses over the central groove of the intersection of the hanger rails as shown in FIG. 7 will be explained. For example, when the running wheels 26 in the front row cross over the central groove 33, the load of the moving wall applied to the hanging shaft 12 is entirely absorbed by the inner running wheels 22, 22'.
and 23, 23'. Both inner running wheels 22,
Since 22' and 23, 23' are provided on both sides of the suspension shaft 12, the load applied to them is equalized, and the suspension wheel 47 is prevented from tilting back and forth in the traveling direction. Further, when the hanging wheel advances further and the front inner running wheels 26, 26' cross over the central groove 33, the load applied to the hanging shaft 12 is and 27, 27', so that the hanging wheel does not tilt back and forth. That is, in either case, the running wheels are prevented from falling into the central groove.

In addition, the inner running wheels 22, 22', 23, 2
3' are provided on the bulges 18 and 19, and the outer running wheels 2
6, 27, etc., in the direction of travel of the hanging wheel 47, and protrudes in the left and right directions, so when the hanging wheel is bent and travels, its maximum radius of curvature becomes small, and when many wheels are installed, such as 8 wheels. However, it is extremely economical because it becomes a hanging wheel with a small turning radius and the hanger rail can be made smaller. Furthermore, it is also possible to make one of the outer wheels have a large diameter and the other wheels have a small diameter.

It was possible to obtain an extremely smooth curved state, and the fear of wear of the hanger rail was eliminated. Also, the running wheels 22, 23, 26, 27, 22', 23', 2
Axles 36, 37, 38 to which 6', 27' are attached,
39 can be processed separately from the suspension wheel main body 11 and attached to the suspension wheel main body 11 by penetrating it, so that the processing cost is significantly reduced. Furthermore, since there are four running wheels on each side, it is possible to transport a larger moving wall than before, and there is no inconvenience of the wheels falling off when passing through the cuts in the hanger rail, resulting in stable running. The state is obtained.
