を介し係合するとともに、同カウンタシヤフトを
軸方向に移動させて上記の第１および第２のスプ
ラインの少なくとも一方のスプライン係合を解除
させうるカウンタシヤフト移動機構が設けられて
、中立操作時に上記カウンタシヤフト移動機構を
作動させて上記スプライン係合の解除を行なわせ
