に固定されるようになつている。この主型部材2
は、図示しない可動型に対向する面に鉛或いは鉛
合金の湯を導入するための湯口を形成する湯口面
4と、格子体の外骨を形成するための外骨形成型
面5と、該外骨形成型面5の内側に形成されて副
型部材3を位置決め固定する位置決め凹部6とを
有している。主型部材2の位置決め凹部6より内
側には複数のネジ孔7が形成されている。主型部
材2の位置決め凹部6には副型部材3が嵌合さ
れ、該副型部材3は主型部材2のネジ孔7に螺合
するボルト9によつて主型部材2に固着されてい
る。また、副型部材3には格子体の内骨を形成す

材の交換だけでよく作業を簡単に行える利点があ
