Description
図面は、本考案に係る作業車における油量調整
装置の実施例を示したものであつて、第１図は農
用トラクタの全体側面図、第２図は要部の油圧回
路図、第３図は要部の電気回路図、第４図、第５
図はアダプタ油路の展開断面図、第６図は同上側
面図である。 図中、１は走行機体、２ａはリフトロツドシリ
ンダ、３は作業部、５は分流機構、７はリフトア
ームシリンダ、１４は油量切換え弁、油量切換え
スイツチ２４である。
装置の実施例を示したものであつて、第１図は農
用トラクタの全体側面図、第２図は要部の油圧回
路図、第３図は要部の電気回路図、第４図、第５
図はアダプタ油路の展開断面図、第６図は同上側
面図である。 図中、１は走行機体、２ａはリフトロツドシリ
ンダ、３は作業部、５は分流機構、７はリフトア
ームシリンダ、１４は油量切換え弁、油量切換え
スイツチ２４である。
Claims (1)
- 油圧ポンプからの圧油を、作業部の昇降用アク
チユータと、それ以外の作動用アクチユエータと
にそれぞれ分流して供給する分流機構の作動用ア
クチユエータ側の分流油路を、一定の圧油供給を
確保するためのオリフイスがそれぞれ設けられた
主油路と迂回油路とに分割して構成し、作動用ア
クチユエータ側に供給された残りの圧油を昇降用
アクリユエータ側油路に供給して作業部昇降をす
るように構成してなる作業車において、前記迂回
油路には、その開閉をして昇降用アクチユエータ
側への圧油供給量を調整できる油量調整弁機構を
設けると共に、該油量調整弁機構は、作業部昇降
が昇降操作具を手動で操作したものであることを
検知して油路閉成の制御指令を出力する手動検知
機構を連繋されていることを特徴とする作業車に
おける油量調整装置。
