However, when the decorative plate hole 3a is inserted between the flanges 1a and 1b of the clip 1 and installed, there is a space between the decorative plate hole 3a and the clip 1, and between the top and bottom of the decorative plate 3 and the flange 1a, as shown in Fig. 3. When the decorative plate 3 was vibrated by the space, it collided between the flanges of the clip 1, which caused an abnormal noise.

In order to prevent such abnormal noise, Utility Model 155405
In this issue, the upper flange 1a in Fig. 3
By curving the flange in the direction of the other flange 1b, the flange tip is brought into direct contact with the decorative plate surface to obtain a soundproofing effect, or as in Utility Model Application Publication No. 52-60561, the lower flange 1b is bent in the direction of the other flange 1b. A soundproofing effect has been disclosed in which the soundproofing effect is obtained by bending the ring in the direction of the flange 1a and further dividing it into a plurality of pieces so as to directly contact the decorative plate.

In all such clips, the flange shape is processed and the flange is brought into direct contact with the surface of the decorative plate, which is difficult due to the construction of the mold, and at the same time, there is no space for the flange to be attached to the decorative plate. For this reason, I began to force myself to force myself.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention was devised in view of the problems of the prior art, and uses the same shape as the conventional clip without changing the shape of the clip. By applying a water-absorbing compound to the periphery of the hole in the decorative board, abnormal noise generated from the periphery of the hole in the decorative board is absorbed, thereby achieving a soundproofing effect.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention applies a water-absorbing organic compound or an inorganic compound to the periphery of the mounting hole provided in the decorative plate, thereby attaching the clip to the decorative plate. The aim is to provide a structure that prevents abnormal noises occurring between the two.

(Function) The noise prevention structure according to the present invention simplifies the work process because it only requires applying a liquid compound to the decorative board itself, and the conventional technology can be used in common for both the clip and the decorative board. Therefore, it is efficient. Also,
It is possible to reapply the product while in use, making the work process more efficient.

(実施例) 以下、本考案の実施例について詳述する。(Example) Examples of the present invention will be described in detail below.

The decorative board 10 used here has holes for attaching clips, so-called decorative board holes 11, in predetermined positions as shown in FIG. Because it is processed by adding fibers, it has the ability to absorb moisture.

Therefore, by spraying a water-absorbing organic compound such as a mixed liquid of glycerin and ethylene glycol to the dotted display area 1 on the periphery of the decorative board hole 11.
2, the water-absorbing organic compound is absorbed by the decorative board 10, but is maintained in the same state, so the organic compound always retains its water-absorbing property.

Therefore, there is a space between the clip and the decorative board 10 after it is inserted into the decorative board hole 11, and even if it receives external vibration, the abnormal noise will be absorbed by the decorative board due to the absorbed moisture due to the presence of the organic compound. That will happen.

For example, calcium chloride or magnesium chloride is applied as a 10% aqueous solution to the peripheral edge 12 of the decorative plate hole 11 by spraying. Calcium chloride and the like are solids, but when heated to about 120°C, they become liquid, which can be made into an aqueous solution or applied directly.

A third embodiment is to use a water-absorbing polymer. For example, vinyl alcohol and acrylic acid copolymer are mixed and applied in a molten state.

In both the second and third embodiments, the applied water-absorbing compound is absorbed by the decorative board 10 and retains its water-absorbing properties in the absorbed state, so even if a clip hits it, It also absorbs abnormal noise and has the effect of preventing abnormal noise.

(Effects of the invention) Since the present invention has the structure as explained above, it is sufficient to apply the coating freely around the periphery of the decorative plate hole, and the shape of the decorative plate must be specially changed or the shape of the clip can be changed. There is no need to change the structure, and it is possible to make the periphery of the decorative plate hole have a water-absorbing structure with a simple operation.

Therefore, even if a gap occurs when holding the decorative plate through clips,
The presence of the water-absorbing compound eliminates the generation of abnormal noise.
