(Prior art) Conventionally, in order to install a main net between steel frames at a construction site, as shown in Figures 7 and 8, one steel frame
A U-shaped metal fitting 2 is attached to a predetermined location by welding or other means, and the end of the main net 3 such as a wire is attached to this U-shaped metal fitting 2.
It was passed through a shaped metal fitting 2 and bent inverted, and the overlapping portions of the ends of the main net 3 were tightened and fixed with a plurality of U-shaped bolts 4.

Alternatively, as shown in Fig. 9, check the spacing between each steel frame in advance, prepare a main net 3 with a length corresponding to this spacing, bend the ends of the main net 3, and attach the U-shaped bolts 4. A carabiner 5 is attached to the ring-shaped tip, and the carabiner 5 is engaged with the U-shaped metal fitting 2 fixed to the steel frame 1, and the main net 3 is moved between the steel frames 1 and 1. It was hung on a rack.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the conventional method of stretching the main net described above, tightening work must be performed with a plurality of U-shaped bolts 4 while the main net is bent, and the work must be done on-site. It took a lot of time to carry out the tensioning work, and it was difficult to pass the main net 3 under tension. Furthermore, the safety belt of the worker tends to loosen during work, which poses a problem in terms of ensuring safety.

In addition, even in the case of the latter conventional example using carabiners 5, it is necessary to check the spacing between the steel frames 1 and 1 in advance and adjust the main net 3 of various lengths to suit the site. In addition to taking time to prepare,
It was inconvenient because it could not be transferred to other sites, and there was also the problem that it was difficult to stretch the main net 3 without slack.

Wire adjustment stopper A configured as above
In order to stretch the wire 30 between two steel frames using While stopping, the other end of the wire 30 is passed through the guide hole 66 of the first flat plate member 6 and through each wire insertion hole 62, 81, 72, and then the tip of the wire 30 is inserted in the direction indicated by the arrow B in FIG. Pull it toward the base end 71 as shown in FIG. By this tension, the slack in the wire 30 between the steel frames 1 and 1 can be removed, and the tension is applied in the direction in which the first and second flat plate members 6 and 7 and the sliding piece 8 are relatively separated. It was decided that
Since the rivets 9 are provided at two locations spaced apart in the tensioning direction of the wire 30, the wire insertion hole 81 of the sliding piece 8 moves relatively to the right in FIG. As shown in the figure, the wire insertion hole 81 of the sliding piece 8 presses the wire 30, and the wire 30 is inserted between the first and second flat plate members 6, 7. , the second flat plate members 6 and 7 are pressed and locked.

In such a wire adjustment stopper A, the inner edges of the wire insertion holes 62, 72 and both side edges of the wire insertion hole 81 are chamfered, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, when the wire 30 is locked, the edge portion does not dig into the wire 30. Therefore, the wire 30 is not damaged and can be used many times. Further, as shown in FIG. 1, a guide hole 66 is provided near the tip of the base end 61 side of the first flat plate member 6, and after passing the wire 30 through the guide hole 66, the wire 30 is passed through the through holes 62, 72, 81. Since the wire 30 is designed to be locked at the end portions of the through-holes 62, 72, 81, the wire 30 has a wavy shape from bottom to top to bottom with respect to the stopper of the present invention. A strong frictional resistance is generated between the wire 30 and the edge of the guide hole 66, and the wire 30 is firmly locked. Since the wire 30 passes through the guide hole 66, the wire 30 passes through the guide hole 66.
Shaking, vibration, etc. of the stretched wire 30 are not transmitted to the portion of the wire 30 after passing through the wire 6.
Therefore, the portions of the wire 30 that are locked in the through holes 62, 72, and 81 are always in a stable state, and the locking of the wire 30 is stabilized, and the locked wire 30 is kept in a stable state during construction work. It will not come loose, improving worker safety.

Therefore, the wire 30 can be stretched easily, quickly and reliably, slack in the wire 30 can be reliably removed, and safety can be ensured during work such as steel frame assembly work. In addition, since the wire 30 can be pressed and locked at any position on the wire 30, it can be freely adjusted even if the distance between the steel frames 1 and 1 changes, and the trouble of adjusting the dimensions of the wire 30 can be saved. be able to. Further, since the work of bending the end of the wire 30 and tightening it with a U-shaped bolt or the like is unnecessary, the wire 30 is less likely to be damaged, and the wire 30 can be used repeatedly many times. Furthermore, when removing the wire 30, the tapered removal tool 10 is inserted into the tool holes 67, 84 of the first flat plate member 6 and the sliding piece 8, and the removal tool 10 is inserted in the right direction in FIG. By returning the moving sliding piece 8 to the left, the press-locked state of the wire 30 is released and the wire 30 can be easily removed from the wire adjustment stopper A.

Further, in addition to the wire 30, a fibrous rope or the like may be used as the parent net, and in this case, the metal fitting A described above can be used in the same manner.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, if the main net is stretched using the wire adjustment stopper according to the present invention, the main net can be easily and reliably stretched in a tensioned state, and the guide holes can be tightened. By providing this, there is no room for the main net to become loose, and the safety of the workers can be ensured. In addition, since the main net can be pressed and locked at any position, it can be adjusted freely even if the spacing between the steel frames changes, and main nets of various lengths can be prepared to match the distance between the steel frames. In addition, the chamfering of the edges of the wire-insertion holes in the first and second flat plate members and the sliding piece makes it easier to use. Damage near the ends of the net can be reduced, and the main net can be used repeatedly many times. Furthermore, since wires and the like can be easily stretched, it can also be used when rebuilding steel frames, and the rebuilding can be done accurately and easily. In addition, since the fastener of the present invention has a three-piece structure consisting of the first and second flat plate members and the sliding piece,
It has an extremely simple and easy to assemble structure.
