Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ アレイ配列された多数の発光セグメントから
    の発光光束を感光体に照射・露光し情報の書き込
    みを行なうように構成してなるとともに、上記発
    光セグメントからの発光束を受光素子で受け、そ
    の受光素子からの検出出力に基づいて前記発光セ
    グメントの発光出力が常時適正値となるようにフ
    イードバツク制御するようにした自己走査型露光
    装置において、上記受光素子は、前記発光セグメ
    ントから発せられる露光用の発光光束とは異なる
    方向に発せられる発光光束を受けるように設置さ
    れていることを特徴とする自己走査型露光装置。 ２ 請求項の１に記載された自己走査型露光装置
    において、受光素子は、発光セグメントから発せ
    られる露光用の発光光束とは反対の方向に発せら
    れる発光光束を受けるように、上記発光セグメン
    トを保持するガラス基板の背後部分に配置されて
    いることを特徴とする自己走査型露光装置。 ３ 請求項の１または２に記載された自己走査型
    露光装置において、受光素子は、発光セグメント
    から発せられる露光用の発光光束とは反対の方向
    に発せられる発光光束を受けるように、前記発光
    セグメントを保持するガラス基板の背後部に設置
    された弾性体の付勢力により、上記ガラス基板の
    背面部に押し付けられるようにして保持されてい
    ることを特徴とする自己走査型露光装置。
