Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 水面に浮かべられる基台と、この基台上に
部屋を隔成するように設立された、外壁およびこ
の外壁の上部を被う屋根を有する家屋と、この家
屋の屋根を、上記外壁から分離して昇降可能に支
持する屋根昇降装置とを備えた水上家屋。 (2) 屋根には家屋内の換気を行なう送風器を設
け、かつ基台の周囲には水底に打ち込んだ係留杭
が係止されるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項
１記載の水上家屋。
