Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a coated surface from getting stripping off, cracks and peeling off by using a coating material blended with an additive selected from a specific group with acryl emulsion as an emulsion coating material to be coated on the surface of a slurry-like extracted material. CONSTITUTION:Slurry composed mainly of a hydraulic inorganic bonding material is extracted on a felt by a cylinder box, and an emulsion coating material is applied on the surface of a composed slurry-like extracted material, which is then dehydrated by a suction, wound around a making rool to adjust the sheet thickness, and a formed extracted material is cured to manufacture continuously inorganic decorative sheets. At that time, a coating material consisting of acryl emulsion blended with at least one kind of additive selected from the group of higher fatty acid, higher fatty acid amide, bis-higher fatty acid amide and sorbitan fatty ester is used. Thus, as the additive exists between coating material resin particles and pigment particles to prevent the particles from adhering, and also exists on the surface of a fill to prevent the particles from adhering to a making roll, stripping off, cracks, peeling off and the like on the surface are eliminated even if dehydration force of a suction box is weakened.

An inorganic board using a hydraulic inorganic binder such as cement or calcium silicate is produced by, for example, making a slurry mainly composed of a hydraulic inorganic binder onto a felt using a wet paper making machine called a cylinder box. As is well known, it is manufactured by sucking and dewatering the generated slurry-like paper product using an appropriate suction, winding it around a making roll to adjust the plate thickness, and curing and hardening the obtained plate-like paper product. It is.

However, in this method of manufacturing inorganic decorative laminates, the surface wrapped around the making roll becomes the painted surface, so when it is removed, some of the paint film may remain attached to the making roll or stick to the surface, causing the painted surface to deteriorate. Turn over,
It has the disadvantage of causing problems such as cracking and peeling.

In order to solve these drawbacks, conventional approaches include (1) applying an emulsion paint with a high mixing ratio of pigments at a low viscosity, and (2) applying an emulsion paint containing a hydrocarbon-based high-boiling solvent, paraffin, silicone oil, etc. Methods such as coating the slurry-like paper product were used to (1) reduce the contact area between the surface of the making roll and the surface of the slurry-like paper product, and 2) increase the sheet strength of the slurry-like paper product. However, it was not possible to prevent the slurry from adhering to the making roll unless the water content of the slurry-like paper product was significantly reduced. Therefore, there were drawbacks such as deterioration of the appearance of the coating film surface and powdery coating surface. In order to solve this problem, it is desirable to strengthen the effect of preventing adhesion to the making roll so that adhesion does not occur even if the dewatering force in the suction box is weakened.

Therefore, the present invention solves the above-mentioned problems of conventional inorganic decorative boards, and causes peeling, cracking, peeling, etc. of the painted surface due to part of the paint film remaining attached to the making roll or sticking. The purpose is to develop a method for manufacturing inorganic decorative laminates that does not cause problems.

By blending such additives into emulsion paints for manufacturing inorganic decorative boards, the additives can exist between the paint resin particles and pigment particles to prevent the particles from sticking, or exist on the surface of the coating film to prevent the particles from sticking together. Even if the dehydration power of the suction box is weakened, there will be no peeling, cracking, or peeling of the paint surface, and the appearance of the paint surface will be good and the inorganic material will not become powdery. You can get a decorative board.

These first additives are blended in an amount of 0.1 to 300 parts by weight, preferably 1 to 10 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the emulsion paint for producing inorganic decorative laminates. If the amount of these additives is too small, the coating film will adhere to the making roll, and if it is too large, the film forming properties will be reduced and the coating film will become powdery, which is not preferable.

Examples of the high boiling point solvent include kerosene (kerosene), turpentine oil, petroleum naphtha, and xylene. If the boiling point of the above-mentioned high boiling point solvent is less than 130°C, it is undesirable because it will cause the coating to form a skin or reduce the stability of the emulsion, and if the dielectric constant exceeds 10, the effect of preventing adhesion to the making roll will not be sufficient. This is not desirable because it is not fully utilized.

The mixture of the first and second additives is blended in an amount of 0.1 to 300 parts by weight, preferably 1 to 20 parts by weight, per 100 parts by weight of the emulsion paint for producing inorganic decorative laminates. A slurry-like paper product coated with an emulsion paint for producing an inorganic decorative board according to the present invention is manufactured into a product through dehydration, board thickness adjustment, curing, and curing steps in exactly the same manner as in the conventional method. That is, the slurry-like paper product on the felt coated with the paint as described above is dehydrated by suction from below the felt in accordance with a conventional method, and then wound around a making roll to adjust the board thickness. The material is wound around a making roll until it reaches a certain thickness, and then removed to create a plate-like paper product. If necessary, it is pressed to shape it, then cured and hardened, and if necessary, dried to form an inorganic material. Manufacture a cured substrate.
