The rolling roller R is cooled by spraying high pressure water (generally 150 kg/cm 2 ) from the injection nozzle N. In this case, the pressure water reaches the injection nozzle N via the main pipe 30, but when the work is completed, the main valve 31 (spool valve)
When the water supply is stopped by closing the injection nozzle N, air enters the main pipe 30 from the injection port of the injection nozzle N. When the main valve 31 is then opened to supply water, air has accumulated inside the main pipe 30. This causes a water hammer phenomenon in which the air is rapidly compressed and then expands rapidly, and the severe impact causes accidents in which various parts burst or break.

It was designed to prevent air from entering. However, this conventional method has a major problem in that water is constantly dripped, resulting in wasted water.

Although heating is possible only partially, conventionally pressurized water is injected from all the injection nozzles N even in the case of partial heating, which also results in wasted water.

ことにある。 The present invention was made to solve these conventional problems, and its purpose is to provide the injection nozzle itself with a valve function so that when the main valve closes, the injection nozzle automatically closes. By closing the valve and preventing the flow of air from this injection nozzle, the occurrence of water hammer phenomenon is prevented, and the opening and closing operation is performed using the water pressure accompanying the opening and closing of the main valve. , to be able to open and close automatically without using separate power, and further to keep the valve in the closed state against the water pressure that tries to open the valve in the injection nozzle. An object of the present invention is to provide a pressure water injection nozzle valve that can perform the following operations.

In other words, even if the valve body that opens and closes the inlet of the injection port is somewhat worn out, the valve body opens quickly and reliably when the pressure water reaches a predetermined pressure, and closes quickly and reliably when the pressure is lower than the predetermined pressure. In addition, it has a compact structure and can inject a large amount of high-pressure water from the injection port, and the rear end inlet is located in the axial direction of the nozzle where this reaction force acts against the injection reaction force. The cylinder chamber, piston body, and piston valve are arranged on the nozzle axis, and the pressure water flow path inside the nozzle runs along the nozzle axial direction. The inlet, the plurality of communication holes around the cylinder chamber, the first collecting flow path, the plurality of communication holes around the valve body of the piston valve, the second collecting flow path, and the injection port are formed in this order.

As shown in FIG. 2, the resilient force of the spring 29 that biases the piston valve 23 causes the valve portion 26 to move toward the seat surface.
7, and the flow path E is in a sealed closed state. Next, when the main valve 31 is opened during the rolling operation, pressure water flows into the nozzle valve A from the main pipe 30, and the water pressure from this pressure water acts on the pressure receiving surface 28, causing the piston valve 23 to resist the spring 29. and push up,
The valve body 26 is moved away from the seat surface 27 to open the flow path E, and pressurized water is jetted from the jet port 21 at the lower end to cool the rolling roller R.

It is. In addition, in order to cope with an unexpected accident in which the seal between the valve part 26 and the seat surface 27 is impaired and air inflow occurs, the auxiliary piping 32
Low-pressure water is constantly supplied from the source so that the water can drip from the leakage part.In this case, the elastic force of the spring 29 is made larger than the pressure of the low-pressure water, so that the pressure of the low-pressure water is Prevent the piston valve 23 from operating.

できるものである。 Further, as shown in FIG. 3, when the width of the steel plate M is shorter than the length of the rolling roller R and the rolling roller R is partially heated within the range of the width H, the nozzle in the part that does not require cooling The cock 35 of the air branch pipe 34 connected to the valve is opened, compressed air is supplied into the cylinder chamber 7, and the air pressure of this compressed air pushes down the piston body 8 against the spring 29. If the lower surface is brought into pressure contact with the upper surface of the piston part 24 to restrict the rise of the piston valve 23 due to water pressure, the flow path E will be closed and the injection of pressurized water will be stopped.
Even when a large number of rollers are used in parallel, the cooling range for the rolling rollers R can be freely adjusted.

は好適な実施例といえる。 Further, although the specific shape of the flow path is not limited to the example, if the flow path structure is provided with the flow holes 5 and 20 as in the example, pressure water flowing in in a turbulent state can be removed. It has the advantage that the flow can be made smooth in a laminar flow state, and it also helps prevent the adhesion of water scale. From this point of view, the flow path E of this embodiment is
