【考案の詳細な説明】
「産業上の利用分野」
この考案は、ベルトプレス等の脱水機の布の
洗浄に用いられている洗浄ノズルが目詰りしたと
きの洗浄装置の改良に関する。上記脱水機の布
は、汚泥を過脱水することにより目詰りするの
で、脱水操作に連続して、あるいは目詰りが甚だ
しくなつたときには洗浄しなければならない。こ
の考案は、上記のような洗浄管のノズルの洗浄、
すなわち、洗浄水中の夾雑物によつてノズルが目
詰りしたとき、これを洗浄する装置の改良に関す
るものであつて、特に、この考案は、ベルトプレ
スの布の如く広い面積のものを同時に洗浄する
洗浄管に多数設けられたノズルの目詰りを解消す

取りはずして、そのノズルを遂一清掃するのが実

含まれる夾雑物も管内に滞留することになり、ノ

ルに目詰りが生じたときに、直ちに、これを清掃
できるようにしたものであり、その要旨とすると
ころは、多数の噴出口を列状に設けた洗浄管の一
端に排水弁を設けるとともに、この洗浄管の一側
には、該洗浄管に平行させて洗浄ブラシを設け、
この洗浄ブラシを上記噴出口の列に対向する位置
と列から偏位した位置とにその位置を変更自在に

目詰り物は、管内に邪魔となる部材がないので、
排水弁を開いておくことによつて、管外に完全に
排出することができる。そして、洗浄が終つた後
は、ブラシを噴出口の列の前面から変位させて固
定しておくことによつて、装置の運転上何の障害
になることもない。尚、上述の洗浄操作は、装置
の運転を停止することなくなすことができるは勿

りするのを防止することができる。また、ブラシ
自体が洗浄管外にあるので、メンテナンス等も容
