Claims (1)
- 中間部から先部を後部より厚肉に形成し、外周
面に雄ネジを刻設し、かつ先部を複数に分割して
拡径した円筒状の口金本体と、口金本体に螺合し
、先端側に移動することにより、口金本体の先部
を縮径させるナツトと、光フアイバーと、光フア
イバーの先部をスライド自在に抱持し、口金本体
内に収容される弾性体製保持部材とからなる光フ
アイバーセンサー。
