フツク状の支軸受け4にトグルピン5を取付け、
支軸受け4よりアイロツド支軸6が外れるのを防

動する。そのためストツパー軸16がフランジ管
15内を回動しながら前進し、固定金具より突き
出るが、この際取鍋が傾斜してアイロツドより離
れているためストツパー軸先端はアイロツドの内
側に突き出るようになり、取鍋の傾動に支障を生
じることはない。溶湯の傾注を終えたのちクレー
ンの巻下げを行い、元の状態、すなわち取鍋を直
立させた状態に戻すと、ストツパー軸先端は固定
金具9内に引込むため取鍋がアイロツドに近付く
方向に復帰するのに何ら支障を生じることはな

ジ管内を上記と同様にして回動しながら前進する
が、アイロツドも取鍋と一体となつて回転してい
るため上記と逆にストツパー軸先端はアイロツド
2の外側に突き出るようになる。このためアイロ
ツド2はストツパー軸16により下方に旋回する
方向への動きを阻止され、脱落を生じない。なお
取鍋は上述するようにトラニオンを中心として
180゜回転するが、90゜回転した時点で摺動子20
はカム溝19端に達するようになつており、取鍋
がそれ以上回転してもカム溝端にとゞまり、スト
ツパー軸が突出した状態に維持されるようにして

考案の効果

ピンによつて支軸の脱落防止を行つていた従来法
と比べ作業員が不要となり、作業上の安全性が向
上するとともにピン差しによる待ち時間がなくな
り、作業時間の短縮を図ることができる。しかも
本出願人がさきに提案した第5図に示される装置
のように、転倒時には傾動金具の自重が受け金具
に加わるものと比べ、自重により吊り下がる傾動
金具はその側方に突出するストツパー軸に何ら作
用しないか作用するとしても比較的軽く押付けら
れるだけであるためストツパー軸は比較的スムー
