形金型に関する。[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention is a gas burner cap used in kitchen appliances such as gas ranges and gas tables.
This invention relates to a molding die for press-molding a burner cap, which covers an opening formed on the upper surface of a burner body and forms a flame port between it and the burner body, from a ceramic material.

Distortion may occur due to being lifted diagonally.

Because of this structure, the molded base material is easily lifted from the lower mold when the mold is opened.

恐れがある。 In addition, if the burner cap becomes distorted, it may become inconvenient to attach it to the burner body.
The size of the flame opening may become uneven, making it impossible to obtain a uniform flame, or there may be a gap in the fitting part with the burner body, from which gas may leak, causing flames to appear in areas other than the flame opening, resulting in poor performance. Moreover, there is a risk of serious safety defects.

As a result, the intermediate portion b is pulled up and begins to rise, leaving the molding base a. At this time, the outer portion c of the upper mold A 1 has not yet risen and is holding down the molding material I, so that the molding material I is not distorted due to the release of the intermediate portion b.

It is pulled up by the molding material A and rises and leaves the molded base material A. At this time, there is no longer a part holding down the molded base material A, but the outer part c only molds the annular protruding edge 9 of the burner cap C, and the area in contact with the molded base material A is small, so the distance between the two parts is small. There is little risk that the molded material will be pulled up by the mold and distorted.

Therefore, the molded material is less likely to adhere to the upper mold and be lifted up due to the upper mold rising. Moreover, when the inner part is pulled up, the outer part is holding down the base material, so lifting of the molded base material is more reliably prevented.
