- 炭化珪素系あるいは酸化物系セラミツクスより
なる可撓性面状体の片側または両側に、合金系あ
るいは化合物系超電導物質よりなる被覆層および
導電性セラミツクスあるいは導電性高分子材料よ
りなる保護層を順に設けたことを特徴とする磁気
シールド用超電導材。
