Claims (1)
- 炭化珪素系あるいは酸化物系セラミツクスより
なる可撓性面状体の片側または両側に、合金系あ
るいは化合物系超電導物質よりなる被覆層を設け
、さらにこの外側に導電性セラミツクスあるいは
導電性高分子材料よりなる被覆層および絶縁層を
順に設けたことを特徴とする磁気シールド用超電
導材。
