"Conventional technology" Production of asphalt mixtures, such as drum mixers in drum mix plants that produce asphalt mixtures by injecting asphalt into dry and heated aggregates, and drum mixers in recycling plants that heat and recycle crushed asphalt pavement waste. In this device, high-temperature combustion gas is sent into a rotating drum together with aggregate or pavement waste, and the combustion gas dries and heats the aggregate or pavement waste.

``Problem to be solved by the invention'' However, when the combustion gas is exhausted from the rotating drum into the exhaust manifold provided at one end of the rotating drum, it collects dust containing sticky asphalt. Contains. Therefore, in conventional asphalt mixture production equipment, this combustible dust adheres and accumulates on the inner wall of the combustion gas circulation duct, increasing its flow resistance, or adheres to the inner wall of the exhaust manifold. As it grows, it is carbonized by the heat of the combustion gas, and it peels off as lumps of carbide and mixes into the asphalt mixture, which impairs the quality of the asphalt mixture as a product.

The upper part is a vertical surface 5c that is substantially perpendicular to the axis of the rotating drum 1, and the lower part is an inclined surface 5d that is inclined with respect to the vertical surface 5c. A middle upper surface 5e is formed at the border. Further, the waste material input box 2 and the upper part of the discharge manifold 5 are communicated with each other by a combustion gas circulation duct 6, and the combustion gas exhausted into the discharge manifold 5 is transferred to the waste material input box 2 through the circulation duct 6. A circulation fan 7 is attached to circulate the air.

Further, inside the discharge manifold 5, first and second dust trapping members 8 and 9 are attached and detached from the front of the vertical surface 5c and the inclined surface 5d, respectively, so as to be close to each surface and cover each surface. A third dust capturing member 10 is detachably disposed at the attachment portion of the circulation duct 6 to the discharge manifold 5 so as to cover the connection hole of the circulation duct 6. Each of the dust trapping members 8, 9, and 10 has the same basic structure, and consists of a mounting rod 8b, 9b, and 10b attached to the upper edge of a trapping plate 8a, 9a, and 10a of a required size, respectively. . When asphalt pavement waste is recycled using the drum mixer configured as described above, first, the drive device (not shown) is operated to rotate the rotary drum 1 and the burner 3 is ignited. In addition, a blower (not shown) is operated to blow high-temperature combustion gas from the burner 3 from one end 1a of the rotating drum 1 to the other end 1b.
At the same time, the combustion gas is discharged from the exhaust port 5a of the discharge manifold 5, and the circulation fan 7 is operated to send a part of the combustion gas from the discharge manifold 5 through the circulation duct 6 and the waste material input box 2 to the rotating drum. 1 to one end 1a side. In this state, crushed asphalt pavement waste material is charged into the rotating drum 1 from the waste material input box 2. Then, this crushed material moves from one end 1a of the rotating drum 1 toward the other end 1b, during which time it is dried and heated by the high-temperature combustion gas, recycled as an asphalt mixture, and is discharged into the discharge manifold 5. It falls and is taken out from the recycled composite material outlet 5b.

In this way, the asphalt pavement waste is recycled. During the recycling process, the high-temperature combustion gas from the burner 3 passes through the rotating drum 1 and removes dust containing sticky asphalt. Includes When this combustion gas flows into the exhaust manifold 5, dust tends to adhere to its inner wall. However, in the above-mentioned drum mixer, first and second dust trapping members 8 and 9 are respectively provided in front of the vertical surface 5c and the inclined surface 5d of the exhaust manifold 5, which are the parts to which the combustion gas is directly blown. The dust inside adheres to and is captured by each of the dust capturing members 8 and 9. In addition, a third
A dust trapping member 10 is provided, and dust in the combustion gas flowing into the circulation duct 6 is attached to and trapped by the dust trapping member 10 . When the dust adhering to each dust trapping member 8, 9, 10 increases to a certain extent, it is removed periodically by taking each dust trapping member 8, 9, 10 outside and shaking it off. Therefore, dust does not adhere to the inner wall of the discharge manifold 5, and the possibility that carbonized dust is mixed into the asphalt mixture is eliminated, and the quality of the asphalt mixture is maintained at a good level. Moreover, dust does not flow into the circulation duct 6, and there is no fear that flow resistance will increase as in the conventional case.

Furthermore, in the drum mixer, the size of each dust trapping member 8, 9, 10 is kept small by arranging a plurality of dust trapping members 8, 9, 10, so that the size of each dust trapping member 8, 9, 10 is kept small. It is easy to put on and take off. In addition, each dust capturing member 8,
9 and 10 have a simple structure and can be easily installed in an existing drum mixer.

In the above embodiment, three sets of dust trapping members 8, 9, and 10 are provided, but the number of dust trapping members 8, 9, and 10 is arbitrary, and the mounting position thereof may be any position other than that shown in the figure if it is an exhaust path through which combustion gas is exhausted. It can also be the location.
In addition, although the drum mixer of a recycling plant has been described above, the present invention may be applied to a drum mixer of a drum mix plant, and the same effects can be obtained in that case as well.

"Effects of the invention" As explained above, the asphalt mixture manufacturing equipment of the invention has a
A dust trapping member that captures and removes dust in the combustion gas is removably installed, and this dust trapping member prevents dust from adhering to the inner wall of the exhaust passage, so it is not as simple as the conventional method. There is no fear that carbonized dust will be mixed into the asphalt mixture, and an asphalt mixture of good quality can be obtained, and the flow resistance will not increase in circulation ducts or the like. In addition, an insertion hole, which is normally covered by an opening/closing lid, is provided in the wall of the exhaust passage, and the dust trapping member can be directly inserted or pulled out through this insertion hole. The dust can be taken out to the outside, and it is possible to reliably prevent the dust from getting mixed into the recycled asphalt mixture.
