この考案は自動車のルーフパネルに装備された
サンルーフを開放させて走行した際に、室内への
風の流出入を防止して室内空気の躍動を防止する
為のウインドデフレクタの取付構造に関するもの

近時、自動車のルーフパネルに開口部を形成

を防止する為に開口部前縁にウインドデフレクタ
を設けている。このウインドデフレクタは開放走
行時に立ち上らせ、閉止時に寝かせてサンルーフ

プリング4にて立ち上り方向に弾性力を付勢され
た起伏機構5を設け、当該起伏機構5にウインド
デフレクタ6を取付けており、他方前記ルーフパ
ネル1の前縁部3の縦壁部7にヒンジケース8を
固着し、サンルーフ9の前端部に取付けられたヒ
ンジ10の先端の円弧状端部11を前記ヒンジケ
ース8内に挿入してサンルーフ9をルーフパネル
1に開閉自在に装着すると共にサンルーフ9の内
面に設けた押え板12にてウインドデフレクタ6

インドデフレクタに係止させて常時ウインドデフ
レクタに立ち上がり方向の弾性力を付勢させたか
ら、ウインドデフレクタをヒンジケースに取付け
ることができ、当該ウインドデフレクタを車体に
取付ける為の専用の取付部品が不要となり、部品
数が低減され、組立工数も低減されると共にサン
ルーフの取付けとウインドデフレクタの取付けを
一つにまとめることができて取付スペースを狭く
でき、それだけ室内スペースを広くすることがで
きる。またヒンジケースに予めウインドデフレク
タを組付けてユニツト化することができ、車体へ
の組付け作業が簡略化され、作業性が大幅に向上
する。更にサンルーフを支持する為のヒンジホル
ダをウインドデフレクタと共にヒンジケースの係
止フランジ部へ枢着ピンにて組付けたので、ルー
フパネルから室内側へ挿入されるヒンジケースの
筒部は完全な袋状になつており、雨水等がヒンジ
ホルダからヒンジケースの筒部内に浸入しても筒
部から雨水等がもれて室内に浸入することがなく
