が十分であれば、低次ツイスト領域が表示部分にまで及
ぶ事を防止することができる。

後述の方向にラビング処理を行う。この両側子基板50
.51をセル厚が6.0μmとなるようにシール剤70
で貼り合せ、270°のねじれ角を持つように旋光性物
質が添加されたネマティック液晶60を注入する。この
一対の硝子基板20.21の外側には、後述する方向に
偏光板10.11を貼付する。第5回で、Rf、Rrは
第1図における配向剤5051のラビング処理方向をそ
