Abstract

PURPOSE:To make machining with optionally set rake angle or intersecting angle of the edge tip possible when a raw material of a scissors is made by cutting with laser or the like by attaching by microwelding an edge having a slightly convex portion along the edge tip on the back side of the edge. CONSTITUTION:When a raw material for a scissors 1 is made by precision casting, forging, press, sintering, laser cutting, etc., or by microwelding, edge can be made without forming a concave surface on the back surface of the edge tip by providing a convex portion 2 having a small width along the edge tip portion. As a result, manufacturing process is preformed within a shorter time and more accurately compared with the case without the rake angle alphaor the intersection angle beta of the edge tip. Because the process is performed with NC-controlled wire cut electric discharge machine, materials of a high hardness and corrosion-proof materials which cannot be used in the past can be used to make scissors. Furthermore, products of identical shape and quality can be made.

Conventionally, most scissors have been made by hand-finishing by forging steel materials, roughing them, then subjecting them to heat treatment such as hardening. However, there are inherent limitations in finishing something that has been hardened by quenching, and it has been difficult to maintain the necessary hardness at the tip or to form it by joining different materials together. Moreover, since many of the scissors are handmade, each finished scissor has its own unique differences, even if it is the same scissor. In addition, as the items to be manufactured using the scissors become more complex and sophisticated, the scissors are required to have a complicated shape, and the scissors are made of T1 alloy, which is difficult to process. It has become desirable to use etc.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventionally, one of the reasons why scissors had to be made by hand finishing was that the back side of the scissor blade was cut with a grindstone or the like to create an arc-shaped cross section, as shown in Figure 8. This is because it is necessary to form four sides 4 of. These four surfaces 4 form the flesh color α (Fig. 4) of the cutting edge, which is important when a pair of blades intersect to cut an object. The angle and direction of the scissors used varied, and the only option was to rely on the skill of the craftsman. Also, regarding the intersection angle β (FIG. 3), there was a drawback that it was not possible to obtain a predetermined angle.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The scissors of the present invention are manufactured by forming the material by N-tight casting, forging, press forming, etc.
When sintering, or by micro-welding, or by bending the material, melting it with a laser, or welding metal or ceramics with a laser, a convex part with a slight width is created along the cutting edge on the back side of the blade. A reference part is provided on the material that has been formed and subjected to heat treatment such as thermal refining, quenching, and tempering, and processing is performed using this reference part as a reference under the control of an NC control equipment. For example, the flesh color of the blade is formed at the convex part by wire-cut electrical discharge machining controlled by 5 axes, and the crossing angle β is controlled in a III manner so that the crossing pressure between the pair of blades can be differentiated into strong, medium, and weak stages. At the intersection, the intersection angle β
In order to maintain the same, the blade or convex portion is processed into an arc shape, a cycloid shape, an involute shape, or a mixture of these curves depending on the purpose and hardness.

Conventionally, on the back side of scissor blades, there is a recess with an arc-shaped cross section formed by a grindstone, that is, a flesh surface, and although the flesh color α is an important angle, it has not been possible to measure it, and it has been difficult for the processor to measure it. He relied on his experience and skill to polish and finish. Also, the intersection angle β
However, in the present invention, a convex part with a slight width is formed along the cutting edge part on the back side of the blade from the time of making the material, and the convex part is formed with a straight wire electrode, for example. The wire-cut electric discharge machining used can be used to form a predetermined flesh color α in a short time, and the crossing angle α is set to have strong, medium, and weak crossing pressures, and it is controlled into curved shapes such as arcs, cycloids, and involitos. By processing and forming the material, we were able to obtain scissors suitable for the purpose.

For example, in the case of scissors 1 with a length of 50 mm, the intersection dimension C of the reference plane 3 of the tip of the blade with respect to the reference line is 0.08 to 0.0.
1101. It can be controlled and set to about 0.03 to 0.05 mm for medium and 0.01 to 0.03 mm for weak. The cutting edge of the convex portion 2 forms a curved arc with a radius R of 1.51 to 2 u+ so that the pair of scissors 1 intersect while maintaining this intersection angle. This curve is used by processing cycloids, involutes, etc., in addition to circles, singly or in a mixture, according to the purpose or hardness, and processing them using controlled processing equipment. There is a gap of 10 μm or less between the pair of blades of the scissors 1 assembled in this manner when the cross pressure is weak.

(Effects of the Invention) According to this invention, by forming a convex part on the cutting edge part on the back side of the scissors blade, it is possible to change the direction of the blade and the crossing angle in an extremely short time and more accurately compared to when there is no convex part. It was possible to process it into NCIIIIII again! Since the scissors are machined by wire-cut electric discharge machining, etc., it is now possible to make scissors using high-hardness materials and corrosion-resistant materials that were previously impossible to use.
