Ru. In this case, a plurality of disc-shaped cores 4 are used as the leg cores 1, and spacers G made of non-magnetic material are used as the leg cores 1.
They are stacked together to form a cylinder. As the iron core 4, a so-called involute iron core formed by bending a steel plate into an involute curve shape may be used, but a radial iron core may also be used. The radial core is manufactured in the shape shown in FIG. 2, and includes steel pieces 5 having different lengths (including pieces having different lengths for each piece or for each piece of steel; the same applies hereinafter). ) are stacked in a fan shape to form a fan-shaped iron core block 6, and a plurality of the core blocks 6 are arranged radially in sequence to form a disk shape.

They are constructed by stacking them in parallel.
The steel pieces 5 are obtained by sequentially cutting raw steel sheets that have been previously rolled into rolls using a cutting machine. In this case, as shown in the cutaway diagram in FIG. 5, the width of the raw steel plate 7 (however, the direction of easy magnetization is the direction of the arrow μ. Therefore, this direction is also the rolling direction of the raw steel plate, that is, the length direction). It is convenient to set in advance equal to the sum l of the respective lengths la and ln of the longest steel piece 6A and the shortest length steel piece 6N among the steel pieces constituting the core block 6. That is, first, the raw steel plate 7 is sequentially cut into pieces W having a constant width (the length of this width corresponds to the thickness of the iron core 4) in its width direction. The rectangular, e.g., strip-shaped steel plates 8A to 8N obtained by this cutting are then cut in the width direction of the steel plate (the length direction when viewed from the original steel plate 7), and at this time, the cutting length is For the first steel plate 8A, the required length ln from one edge 8' to the steel plate 6N, then
One of the steel pieces obtained by cutting can be used as a steel piece 6A, and the other steel piece can be used as a steel piece 6N'. As the next steel plate 8B, the edge 8'
The length from 1 to 6 is the same as the length required for the second longest steel piece 6B among the steel pieces constituting the core block 6, and the steel piece is cut in the same manner. The steel pieces obtained by this cutting can be used as the second longest steel piece 6B and the second shortest steel piece 6M' of the steel pieces constituting the core block 6, respectively.

When A to 6N are obtained, the steel pieces 6A' to 6N' required to construct another iron core block 6 can be obtained at the same time. In other words, if each steel plate 8A to 8N is cut as described above, by cutting one steel plate, a piece of steel for one core block 6 and a piece of steel for another core block 6 are cut. This allows you to obtain both pieces at the same time. The number of steel pieces required to manufacture one iron core block is usually between ten and a hundred pieces.

As shown in the figure, the raw steel plate 7 is made into a rectangular steel plate 8A with a width W.
Cut into 8N pieces in sequence. Next, these steel plates are cut to obtain steel slabs 6A to 6N. As shown in the cutting diagram in FIG. 7, the first steel slab 8A is cut at a length ln from one edge 8'. do. Thereafter, cutting is performed in the same manner at different lengths (the cutting length is gradually decreased), but for the steel slab 8I in the center among the steel slabs 8A to 8N, this is cut to the middle length at the top. If cutting is to be carried out at li, the lengths from the edge 8' of the steel slabs 8I onward are cut at points that are successively shorter than li (the cutting lengths are made shorter). Then, the last steel piece 8N is cut at a length ln from the end edge 8'. This cutting location is exactly the same as the cutting location of the first steel piece 8A.

Conventionally, such cutting was performed by moving a cutting machine in the longitudinal direction of the steel plate. However, cutting machines generally have considerable rigidity and weight, so moving them to any desired position requires a fairly large drive source, and the inertia energy when stopped is also large. The drawback is that it takes a long time to absorb, which increases the time required for cutting.

Regardless of the cutting method shown in Fig. 6, the raw steel plate 7 is first cut in its width direction, and
A to 8N are obtained sequentially. When each steel plate is separated from the raw steel plate 7, it is sent in the longitudinal direction of the steel plate (the width direction when viewed from the raw steel plate 7). A stopper is installed along the transfer route, and the tip of the sent steel piece hits the stopper. Further, this stopper is capable of moving forward and backward along the transfer path. Therefore, the distance of the transported steel plate is changed as the stopper moves back and forth. A cutting machine for cutting the steel plate in its width direction is installed at a fixed position in front of the stopper. This cutting machine does not require any sequential movement as in the prior art.

By moving the stopper back and forth in the process of cutting such a steel plate and sequentially changing the distance from the cutting machine, the steel pieces 6A to 6N can be sequentially obtained in accordance with the cutting process. After cutting, the cut pieces of steel and the remaining pieces of steel are distributed to different locations. By sequentially stacking the distributed pieces of steel, the iron core block 6 is constructed.

Therefore, compared to a cutting method that moves the cutting machine, a large moving source is not required. Moreover, the time required to absorb inertia is extremely short, and the time required for cutting operations can also be shortened. In addition, since steel slabs with different cutting lengths are sequentially sent to both sides of the distribution, the iron core block 6 used for the radial core can be obtained extremely easily by simply stacking each of the steel slabs of the two distributions in sequence. It becomes like this.

The raw steel plate 7 is continuously cut at equal intervals in the width direction by the first cutting machine. The cut steel plate 8 is guided by a plurality of guide rollers 12 and 13, and is placed on a feed roller 14 (rotated in one direction by an appropriate drive source) in the longitudinal direction of the steel plate 8 (arrow A direction). 15
is a second cutting machine, which is installed on the above-mentioned transfer path of the steel plate 8. Reference numeral 16 denotes a stopper against which the tip of the transferred steel plate 8 comes into contact, and is driven by a motor 17, such as a pulse motor, synchronized motor, or stepping motor, whose rotation angle can be electrically instructed.
It is designed to move forward and backward along the direction in which the steel plate 8 is transferred. Reference numeral 18 denotes a transfer belt for distributing the cut pieces of steel and is driven in any direction, forward or reverse.

When it hits, further conveyance is stopped, and at this state position, the cutter 15 cuts it in the width direction. One of the steel pieces cut off by this cutting first falls onto the belt 18. At this time, the belt, which is being driven in one direction, sends one of the falling pieces of steel in one direction. Other uncut pieces are then conveyed by feed rollers 14 (or other suitable scraping mechanism) towards stopper 16 and subsequently fall onto belt 18. Belt 18 so far
The driving direction is reversed, so the falling piece of steel is sent to the opposite side from the previous piece of steel.

Since the cutting machine 15 is always in a fixed position, by changing the position of the stopper 16, the steel pieces 6A to 6N shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 can be cut.
However, at the same time, steel pieces 6N' to 6A' are sequentially obtained by cutting. Note that steel piece 6
A to 6N are sorted in one direction by the belt 18, and steel pieces 6N' to 6A' are sorted in the opposite direction by the belt 18 which rotates in reverse.

is returned to its initial position by the motor 17, or serves to cut the next steel plate 8A from its final position. When using the cutting method shown in FIG. 6, the stopper 16 is sequentially moved away from the cutting machine 15 from the steel billet 8A to the steel billet 8I, and then reverses its moving direction and approaches the cutting machine 15. direction. When you have finished cutting the steel plate 8N,
Since the position at that time is the cutting position of the next steel plate 8A, there is no need to first return the stopper 16 as in the case of the cutting method as shown in the example of FIG.

In order to avoid this, the stopper 16 is preferably mechanically connected to the upper blade of the cutting machine 15 so that it moves up and down together with the upper blade.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, the iron core block 6 may be constructed by using several steel pieces of the same length as the steel pieces on both sides, or the longest steel pieces in the center may be used as shown in FIG. The iron core block 6 may be constructed by stacking the pieces or by sequentially stacking shorter steel pieces on both sides thereof. The example shown in FIG. 9 is an example in which a plurality of steel pieces having different lengths are used. In any case, if you want to obtain a plurality of steel slabs with different lengths, you can obtain the steel slabs by changing the cutting length for each of the plurality of steel plates 8 instead of using the cutting diagram shown in Fig. 7. .

Since it is only necessary to sequentially change the conveyance distance of the steel plate along its longitudinal direction, cutting to obtain steel slabs can be carried out more easily and reliably than in the past. In addition, the cutting device can be simplified, and the pieces of steel cut to different lengths can be sorted out in order.
By sequentially stacking the distributed pieces of steel, the iron core block can be easily constructed.

装置。[Claims] 1. A fan-shaped core block is formed by sequentially laminating a plurality of steel pieces having different lengths, and a plurality of the core blocks are arranged radially in a substantially circular shape. In this method, a raw steel plate is first cut at equal intervals in the width direction to obtain a rectangular steel plate, and the steel plates cut from the raw steel plate are then cut into pieces. The steel plate is transferred in the longitudinal direction, and the transfer distance is sequentially changed, and the steel plate is sequentially cut in the width direction so that the cutting length varies by a cutting machine placed at a fixed position on the transfer path. The steel pieces that were cut off by the machine and the remaining steel pieces are transported in different directions by a transfer belt that is driven in any forward or reverse direction, and then distributed. A method of cutting a steel billet for a radial core so as to obtain a steel billet for the core block. 2. A radial core is used in which a plurality of steel pieces of different lengths are sequentially laminated to form a fan-shaped core block, and a plurality of these core blocks are arranged radially in an approximately circular shape. The steel billet cutting device comprises a first cutting machine that cuts the raw steel plate at equal intervals in the width direction thereof, and a steel plate that is cut by the first cutting machine and separated from the raw steel plate. a transfer device for transferring a rectangular steel plate in its longitudinal direction; a stopper for stopping the steel plate when the tip of the steel plate transferred by the transfer device abuts;
a drive device that sequentially advances and retreats the stopper along the transfer path; and a drive device that is disposed at a fixed position on the transfer path by the transfer device, and when the transferred steel plate is stopped by the stopper, the steel plate is moved in width. A second cutting machine cuts the steel pieces in different directions, and a transfer belt drives the steel pieces cut off by the second cutting machine and the remaining steel pieces in either forward or reverse directions. A cutting device for cutting steel pieces for radial cores, consisting of a sorting mechanism that transfers and sorts the pieces in different directions.
