- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 流体が流通する開口を開閉する弁装置の弁部
材であつて、前記弁部材を軸線方向に伸長する弁
軸と、前記弁軸の一方の端部に固定した弁体とか
ら構成し、前記弁体には閉弁時に開口の周壁に接
触する弁座フランジを具備するものとし、前記弁
軸と前記弁座フランジとを一体構造の金属製とし
、前記弁体の残部を合成樹脂製としたことを特徴
とする弁体の構造。 ２ 前記金属製の弁軸と弁座フランジとを連結す
る弁体支持部分に複数個の孔を設け合成樹脂の弁
体部分を前記弁軸に確実に固定するようにした請
求事項１に記載の弁体の構造。
