Claims (1)
- 複数のＦＥＴを用いて高周波信号の増幅をそれ
ぞれ行う２個の高周波増幅部と、これら各高周波
増幅部で発生した熱を放散させるようにこれら高
周波増幅部の間に密着して設けられた放熱部と、
前記各高周波増幅部に高周波入力信号を供給する
高周波入力部と、前記各高周波増幅部で増幅され
た高周波信号を合成し出力する高周波回路部とを
有する高出力ＦＥＴ増幅器において、前記放熱部
の一部に切欠き部が設けられ、この切欠き部に、
前記各高周波増幅部の出力部および前記高周波入
力部の各突出部分が嵌入されて前記放熱部の内部
に設置されるようにしたことを特徴とする高出力
ＦＥＴ増幅器。
