    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電力増幅用パワートランジスタのバイアス電流
    安定用熱検出トランジスタを具備する電力増幅回
    路に於いて、熱検出用トランジスタを放熱器の近
    傍に設置すると共に放熱器の一部をトランジスタ
    を囲む少なくとも２面を接近して形成し放熱器と
    熱検出用トランジスタとの熱結合を輻射熱で行う
    ことを特徴とする電力増幅装置。
