Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 液晶表示器と、該液晶表示器を駆動する駆
    動回路と、該駆動回路にバイアス電圧を供給する
    バイアス回路とを備えた液晶表示装置に於いて、
    前記バイアス回路は、直列接続された複数の抵抗
    及び定電流回路素子を備えていることを特徴とす
    る液晶表示装置。 (2) 複数の抵抗及び定電流素子は、所定電位点
    間に接続され前記抵抗の各端子から駆動回路にバ
    イアス電圧を供給していることを特徴とする実用
    新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の液晶表示装置。 (3) 定電流回路素子は、ソース・ドレイン路が
    複数の抵抗に直列接続され、ゲートが前記複数の
    抵抗に並列接続された可変抵抗器の可動端子に接
    続されたＦＥＴであることを特徴とする実用新案
    登録請求の範囲第１項又は第２項記載の液晶表示
    装置。 (4) 可変抵抗器の両端若しくは一端側に所定の
    温度係数を有する回路素子を接続し、所望の温度
    特性を有するバイアス電圧を得る様にしたことを
    特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の
    液晶表示装置。
