However, in this insulated trolley wire, the cross-sectional shape of the band-shaped conductor is rectangular, and as shown in FIG. Processing is difficult (vertical bending is likely to occur during horizontal bending).

Therefore, it is effective in solving the difficulty of horizontal bending. However, in this case, the neutral line of bending with respect to the X-axis moves, and the bending strain at the top and bottom of the insulated contact wire relative to the bending moment in the This is disadvantageous when turning.

ものである。<Structure of the invention> That is, the insulated contact wire according to the invention is an insulated contact wire in which a band-shaped conductor is embedded in the upper part of an insulating cover having a current collector guide opening at the lower part. It is characterized in that the side portions are bent upward, and the cross section of the middle portion is shaped like an upwardly convex arc.
<考案の実施例の説明> 以下、図面により本考案を説明する。<Explanation of embodiments of the invention> The present invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.

(when the height dimensions of the insulated contact wires are the same) Rectangular conductor A (shown by a solid line) This rectangular conductor has a convex arc-shaped cross section on the upper side Arc-shaped conductor B (shown by a dotted line) ), a band-shaped conductor C (indicated by a dashed line) of the present invention, which is formed by bending both sides of this arc-shaped conductor upward, is relatively shown. Therefore, the bending rigidity with respect to the Y axis, which is regulated by bh 3 /12 (b is width, h is height), is higher for arc-shaped conductor B than for rectangular conductor A.
It is also clear that the strip-shaped conductor C of the present invention is small.

Therefore, the insulated contact wire according to the present invention, in which the band-shaped conductor of the present invention is embedded in the upper part of the insulating cover, has a higher bending rigidity with respect to the Y axis without changing the bending center than the conventional insulated contact wire. It is possible to reduce the imbalance between the bending rigidity with respect to the X axis and the bending rigidity with respect to the Y axis. Therefore, in the insulated contact wire of the present invention, the above-mentioned difficulty in horizontal bending due to the imbalance in bending rigidity can be effectively resolved.
