垂直板に長い取付孔が両面型枠の荷重方向へ対し
て斜めに穿設されたブラケツトを、両端側にボル
ト部とナツト部とが設けられたジヨイントナツト
で前記ボルト部が取付孔から挿入されてねじ込ま
れるように取付けた後、この各ブラケツトに、前
後一対の長尺板が適宜間隔に背中合わせに接合さ
れたパネルビームが左右一対のメタルフオームの
外側面に夫々設けられた両面型枠を、各メタルフ
オーム下端側が載置されるようにして、ジヨイン
トナツトのナツト部にタイボルトを各パネルビー
ムの外側の各長尺板間からねじ込んでナツトにて
支持する両面型枠の施工方法であり、もう一つの
発明は、所定のコンクリートの上部に、両端部に
鉄コンが前記コンクリートの側面から外向きに露
出されるように夫々ねじ込んで水平に埋設したセ
パレーターと、このセパレーターの両端に取付け
る側面逆L字形状のブラケツトと、この各ブラケ
ツトを前記セパレーターの各鉄コンに螺着するジ
ヨイントナツトと、前記各ブラケツトに、前後一
対の長尺板が適宜間隔に背中合わせに接合された
パネルビームが左右一対のメタルフオームの外側
面に夫々設けられた両面型枠を、各メタルフオー
ム下端側が載置されるようにして、前記ジヨイン
トナツトに各パネルビームの外側の各長尺板間か
らねじ込んでナツトにて支持するタイボルトとか
ら成り、前記各ブラケツトの垂直板には取付孔を
両面型枠の荷重方向へ対して斜めに穿設し、前記
各ジヨイントナツトの一端側には前記ブラケツト
の取付孔から挿入して前記セパレーターの鉄コン
にねじ込むボルト部を設け、且つその他端側には
前記タイボルトのオネジ部にねじ込むナツト部を
設けた両面型枠の施工装置である。その目的とす
るところは、セパレーターをインサートと兼用さ
せて、ブラケツト取付用の各インサートと各メタ
ルフオームの下端部側のセパレーターを解体する
手間とを省いて両面型枠の施工作業及び解体作業
を極めて容易にできるようにすると共に、ブラケ
ツトの取付孔等によつて、両面型枠のレベル調整
を著しく簡単にできるような両面型枠の施工方法
及びその施工装置を提供するものである。
