A gutter is installed at the lower end of the lighting window on the indoor side to catch the condensed water across the entire width of the lighting window, and the water droplets flowing down along the surface of the transparent board for lighting are collected and collected.
I waited for this condensation water to evaporate and dissipate naturally.

Collecting condensed water indoors or allowing it to evaporate indoors has the disadvantage of increasing humidity locally or overall, often leading to the growth of mold or accelerating damage to building components. Therefore, this condensed water must be discharged to the outside, that is, onto the roof.

A drainage groove must be provided to drain the condensed water to the outside. However, wind and rain water from outside must not enter through the drain. To achieve this, the members forming the lower side of the window frame must have a special structure. Figure 1 is a perspective view showing the lighting window installed on the roof, where 1 is the roof tile, 2 is the entire lighting window,
2' is a lower side frame member provided with the structure of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the lower side member 2', and FIG. 3 is a plan view of the indoor side member 6 of the lower side member in FIG. Second
As shown in FIG. A protrusion 9 is formed between the cushioning sealing material 4' and the cushioning sealing material 4' is fixed to the indoor member 6. Furthermore, protrusions 10 and 11 are formed on the outside of the locking bar 8 to support the outer member 7 of the lower side frame material, and the protrusions 9 and the locking bar 8 are provided with a plurality of grooves 12 that cross orthogonally thereto. Further, grooves 12' are provided in the protrusions 10 and 11 to cross orthogonally thereto.
A plurality of grooves are provided at positions alternating with the grooves 12.

The condensed water that has formed on the indoor side surface of the transparent transparent plate 3 flows down the inclined transparent plate 3, passes through the groove 12 formed in the indoor side member 6 on the lower side, and then reaches the locking bar 8. After flowing between the protrusions 10, the protrusions 1
It is discharged externally, ie onto the roof tiles, through grooves 12' provided at 0 and 11. Furthermore, since the grooves 12 and 12' are not continuous, even if wind or rainwater enters from 12', it will be blocked by the locking bar 8 and will not be able to enter the room.

We use extruded aluminum material that is extruded so that the width of the window frame is 65 mm and is baked black and painted.
A daylighting window frame with a length of 750 mm and a width of 625 mm is manufactured, and the mold for extrusion molding is made so that the lower part of the indoor window frame material has the shape shown in Figures 2 and 3. So, the basic thickness of the member is 2mm, the height of the locking bar is 23mm, the thickness is 2mm, the height of the protrusion provided inside the locking bar is 2mm, the width is 5mm, The protrusion provided on the outside of the stopper is 2 mm in height and width of the protrusion near the stopper.
10mm, the protrusion farther from the anchoring bar is 2mm high and 12mm wide
Let's take a look. The width of the groove that crosses the locking bar and the protrusion is 5 mm, and three grooves are formed across the locking bar and the inner protrusion, and two grooves are formed across the two outer protrusions. Note that a synthetic rubber foam is used as the cushioning sealing material.

The condensed water generated on the inside of the daylighting transparent plate 3 flows down the inclined transparent plate, further passes through the groove 12 provided in the lower side member 6, and then flows through the locking bar 8 and the protrusion 1.
0 and is discharged onto the roof tile 1 through the grooves 12' provided in the ridges 10 and 11. Therefore, no condensed water accumulates inside the room. On the other hand, wind and rainwater blowing up from the roof tile 1 enters the frame through the groove 12', but is blocked by the locking bar 8 and does not enter the interior through this.
