クパルスを検出する検出手段と、前記検出手段の
出力パルスの開始端に同期して作動し所定の時定
数のパルスを生成する第１の単安定マルチバイブ
レータと、前記第１の単安定マルチバイブレータ
の出力を水平ブランキングパルスとして出力端子
へ導びく手段と、前記第１の単安定マルチバイブ
レータの出力パルス終了端に同期した所定の時定
数のパルスを出力する第２の単安定マルチバイブ
レータと、前記フライバツクパルスに後続するリ
ンギングを前記第２の単安定マルチバイブレータ
の出力によつて除去するスイツチ手段とから成る
