This invention relates to a method for manufacturing artificial stone with a flow pattern. This type of artificial stone is produced by semi-mixing one to several types of defoamed patterning resin mixture in a vacuum state into a base color resin mixture that has been stirred and defoamed in a stirrer. A method of polymerizing and curing the mixture by injecting it into a mold and heating the mold, or a method of applying one to several kinds of defoaming-treated patterns to the base color resin mixture immediately after being taken out from the stirrer. It was produced by adding a resin mixture, stirring both mixtures with a spatula, etc., injecting the mixture into a mold, and heating the mold to polymerize and harden the mixture. However, the former method not only cannot reproduce an approximate marble-like flow pattern, but also requires cleaning the inside of the stirrer each time it is molded, and the latter is a primitive method, so
The process required craftsmanship, and there were problems such as individual differences in the feel of the pattern and a high rate of air bubbles. The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks and makes it possible to produce a molded product with a beautiful marble-like flow pattern that is always consistent and consistent, using a simple device and method, without drastically changing the conventional casting method. It is an object. In order to achieve the above object, this invention uses an acrylic resin mixture for base color (hereinafter referred to as mixture A).
A gutter with approximately the same width as the width of the mold is installed at the outlet of the agitator that accommodates Fix weirs 1 to 5 of approximately the same length. Next, one to several types of acrylic resin mixture for patterning (hereinafter referred to as mixture B) are added to mixture A using a pump, etc., and both mixtures flow irregularly over the above-mentioned weir. The mixture is uniformly and continuously mixed without air bubbles, creating a natural marble-like flow pattern as a whole. Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a stirrer for stirring the mixture A, and a gutter 3 having the same width as the mold 8 is installed below the outlet 2 of the stirrer so as to be gently inclined forward. , weirs 1 to 5 having irregular heights and shapes on their upper sides are fixed. Further, a container 5 for containing the mixture B is provided immediately after the outlet 2, and the mixture B in the container can be supplied to the gutter 3 with a hose 6. Three to five nozzles 7 are attached to the tip of the hose, and the nozzles are positioned at irregular heights from the inner bottom surface of the gutter 3. Furthermore, align one side of the mold 8 with the end of the gutter 3,
The other is made movable from a downwardly tilted state α to a horizontal state β. In order to manufacture artificial stone using such a device, the liquid mixture A that has been mixed and defoamed in the stirrer 1 is taken out from the outlet 2, and the liquid mixture B in the container 5 is taken out through the hose 6. from nozzle 7... to gutter 3 respectively.
feed on top. Then, since the gutter 3 is installed with a gentle slope in the direction of movement, the liquid mixtures A and B will naturally climb over the weir 4 fixed to the inner bottom of the gutter 3 and form the mold. Flow towards. At that time, since the upper side of the weir 4... is formed in an irregular shape, the mixtures A and B generate turbulent flow in this part, and as a result, both the mixtures A and B are mixed continuously. This creates a flowing pattern. Once the mixture has spread throughout the mold 8, the mold 8 is placed in the horizontal state β, and the mixture is polymerized and hardened by heating as in the conventional method. Table 1 shows examples of mixtures A and B in the above examples.

ので、設備費も安く、製造コストも低廉である。[Table] This invention is as described above, and is suitable for mass production because it does not contain air bubbles when mixing mixture A and mixture B, and moreover, it can continuously obtain a nearly constant pattern every time with a simple operation. , it is possible to produce an artificial marble-like molded product with stable quality and a beautiful flow pattern. Further, since the device for this purpose can be extremely simple, the equipment cost is low and the manufacturing cost is also low.

is fixed, and acrylic resin mixture A for base color and acrylic resin mixture B for patterning are sequentially supplied onto the gutter from stirrer 1 and container 5, and flow over weir 4 due to the slope of gutter 3. Using the turbulent flow that occurs when passing over the weir, acrylic resin mixture B for patterning is mixed and added to acrylic resin mixture A for base color, and then both mixtures A and B are molded.
