As will be described later, in this direct-loading flapper type unloading device, due to deformation of the products to be transported, etc., the products do not fall smoothly, and it takes time for the products to fall. Therefore, the product is caught between the flapper that has begun to close and the unloading device casing, and as a result, the motor becomes locked.

まう。 In conventional unloading devices, when the motor becomes locked as described above, a protection circuit is provided to protect the motor, which cuts off the power to the motor after being energized for a predetermined period of time after the motor becomes locked. When necessary, external signs such as ``sold out'' or ``sold out'' are displayed. Therefore, from now on, even if there are products remaining in the delivery device, they will not be able to be sold.

る自動販売機の商品搬出装置である。[Means for solving the problem] The present invention includes a product storage section extending in the vertical direction, a product takeout port connected to the lower part of the product storage section, and a product outlet provided in the center of the product storage section and extending in the vertical direction. an extending rotating shaft; a motor for rotating the rotating shaft;
The above-mentioned product storage section and the product take-out port are separated from each other by facing each other across the rotation shaft at the bottom end of the product storage section, and rotates vertically to open and close the bottom end of the product storage section. It has a pair of flappers that are arranged so that the flappers can be rotated, and a rotation control plate that regulates the rotation of the flappers in accordance with the rotation of the rotating shaft, and the products stacked on each of the flappers are controlled by the opening operation of the flapper. Accordingly, in a product dispensing device of a vending machine in which the product is dropped into the product takeout port, there is provided a detection switch for detecting whether or not the rotating shaft is in the standby angular position, and a detection switch that detects the non-standby angular position from the detection switch. The automatic motor is characterized by comprising a control circuit that turns off the motor for a predetermined period of time when a signal indicating the motor is continuously received for a predetermined period of time, and the control circuit performs the off operation at least once. This is a product delivery device for a vending machine.

In the present invention, when the rotary shaft is rotated from the standby angle position by the drive of the motor and the product is dropped and carried out by the opening operation of the flapper, by the time the rotary shaft reaches the standby angle position from the standby angle position, When a signal indicating a non-standby angular position of the rotating shaft is continuously received from the detection means for a predetermined period of time, the control circuit turns off the drive of the motor for a predetermined period of time. That is, when the flapper is in the locked state, the motor is turned off for a predetermined period of time. Then, this off operation is performed at least once.

Reference numeral 12 denotes a column middle plate arranged at the center of the column body 11 and forming a side wall. The column middle plate 12 divides the column body 11 into a part where products are stored and a part into which a rotating shaft is inserted, as will be described later. A product storage section 1 is formed by the column body 11 and the column middle plate 12. Although not shown, the product storage section 1 is connected to a product outlet.

Since the H level signal is input to the B terminal of 4,

Note that this time-up signal is sent out for a predetermined period of time (in this case, one second). At this time, the terminal is L

Furthermore, the H level from the Q3 terminal of the decoder 16 is input to the CL terminal of the flip-flop 18.
In this case, regardless of the state of the CP terminal, the output from the Q terminal is at L level as shown in FIG. 2e.

That is, the H level signal is input to the B terminal of the timer 14 while the home position signal is at the L level.
As a result, a one second time-up signal is sent from the Q terminal of the timer 14.

When the A terminal becomes H level, the Q1 terminal becomes H level and the Q3 terminal becomes L level. When a predetermined number of pulses (four in this case) are applied to the Q2 terminal of the counter 17 , the CE terminal
It is set to change from L level to H level. Therefore, when only one pulse signal is applied to the CE terminal, the Q2 terminal is at L level. As a result, the output terminal of OR gate 17b and the Q terminal of flip-flop 18 are at L level. That is, neither the reset signal nor the trouble detection signal is output.

即ちトラブル検知信号は出力されない。 By the way, as mentioned above, the motor 3 stops for only one second in response to the H level of the restart signal. Further, the restart signal is input to the OR gate 15a as described above. Therefore, when six seconds have elapsed since the restart signal was inputted to the B terminal of the timer 15, an H level signal is sent from the Q terminal of the timer 15. If the rotary shaft 2 has returned to the standby angle position at this point, the output terminal of the OR gate 17b becomes H level, and the counter 17 is reset, as described above. Further, the Q terminal of flip-flop 18 is at L level.
That is, no trouble detection signal is output.

リセツトさせる。 Referring to FIGS. 4a to 4e, if the motor 2 remains locked for a long time and the time-up signal is output four times, the Q2 terminal of the counter 17 will go to H level, as is clear from the above explanation. As a result, the Q terminal of flip-flop 18 becomes H level. That is, a trouble detection signal is output. Further, the output terminal of the OR gate 17b becomes H level, which is applied to the CL terminal of the counter 17, causing the counter 17 to be reset.

Configure the control circuit.

ちにわかる。 In the above-mentioned unloading device, when the motor 3 becomes locked, that is, when the product is caught between the flapper 5 and the column body 11, the power to the motor 3 is temporarily cut off. Then, by stopping the motor 3,
The driving force applied to the rotating shaft 2 is cut off. In this state, one end of the rotation control plate 6 presses the flapper 5 against the product 8, as shown in FIGS. 8a and 8b. On the other hand, the component force of the weight of the product 8 and the restoring force of the product 8 act on the rotation control plate 6 via the flapper 5 as a force in the reverse direction. At this time, since the motor 3 is in a stopped state, that is, no rotational force is generated in the motor 3, the motor 3 and the rotating shaft 2 are slightly reversed. As a result, the flapper 5 is pushed back slightly, the distance between the flapper and the column body is widened, and the product is dropped and carried out. In addition, even if the product does not fall out when the motor 3 is turned off once, the power to the motor is cut off four times in total, so the product will not fall and be carried out even if the motor 3 is stopped once, and the product will not be carried out normally. Even if it does not return, the same action has been repeated four times, so the probability of falling and being carried out can be increased accordingly. Furthermore, if the product does not fall and are not carried out even after stopping the motor a predetermined number of times, for example four times, an abnormality is detected, so that an abnormality in the carrying out device can be immediately detected.

As explained above, according to the present invention, when a product is caught between the flapper and the product storage housing, since the motor is temporarily stopped, the flapper is pushed back by the weight of the product, etc. The gap between the flat flap and the product storage housing is widened, and the product is dropped and carried out. Therefore, troubles such as products not being delivered as in the past are less likely to occur.

特徴とする自動販売機の商品搬出装置。 A product storage section extending in the vertical direction, a product takeout port connected to the lower part of the product storage section, a rotating shaft provided at the center of the product storage section and extending in the vertical direction, and a rotating shaft for rotating the rotating shaft. The motor is arranged to face the lower end of the product storage part with the rotating shaft in between so as to partition the product storage part and the product take-out port, and to open and close the lower end of the product storage part. A pair of flappers provided rotatably in the vertical direction, and a rotation control plate that regulates the rotation of the flappers in accordance with rotation of the rotation shaft, and the products are stacked on each of the flappers. In the product dispensing device for a vending machine, the product is dropped into the product takeout port by the opening operation of the flapper, and a detection switch detects whether or not the rotating shaft is at a standby angle position; a control circuit that turns off the motor for a predetermined time when a signal indicating a non-standby angular position is continuously received from the detection switch for a predetermined time; A product dispensing device for a vending machine that is characterized in that it can be carried out only once.
