Claims (1)
- シリンダ本体内にロツドに連結するピストンが
摺動自在に設けられ、該ピストンの外周部と該ロ
ツドの軸受部とに静圧軸受に設けたシユミレータ
用油圧シリンダ装置において、前記ピストンには
、高圧流路と低圧流路とが、シリンダ本体内をピ
ストンで区分する両室に連通して穿設され、前記
高圧流路の両端には前記両室のうち高圧側室の圧
油を高圧流路内へ導くチエツク弁が設けられ、前
記低圧流路の両端には前記両室のうち低圧側室へ
の流れを許容するチエツク弁が設けられ、前記ピ
ストン外周部の静圧軸受に対する圧油の給排を前
記高圧流路及び低圧流路で行うことを特徴とする
油圧シリンダ装置。
