Although this has a great effect on improving productivity, when the hub 4 is attached to the optical disc veneer 2 in advance, the hub 4 becomes an obstacle and makes it difficult to smoothly insert the optical disc veneer 2 into the roll coater. I can't.

A plate 2 is prepared, and then, as shown in FIG. 21, a hot melt adhesive 1 is coated on the upper surface of the recording layer or the reflective layer N3 using a roll coater 7. A method of attaching a hub 4 to the outer surface of the central portion of each optical disk single plate 2 after bonding these two optical disk single plates 2 together, as shown in FIG. 19, has been considered.

。However, according to the above manufacturing method, the hub 4 is attached to the transparent substrate 5.
When attaching the hub 4 to the center of the signal pattern 6, the center of the signal pattern 6 formed in a spiral or concentric circle is cut using, for example, an optical microscope, the center of the hub 4 is aligned with the center of the signal pattern 6, and both members 4 and 5 are attached. Complex and highly skilled work such as joining must be performed, resulting in poor workability and productivity.

A parallel plate-like tray having a recessed portion formed therein is prepared, and the optical disc single plate is placed on the tray with the recording layer or reflective layer facing upward, and a polymer of the optical disc single plate and the tray is prepared. The adhesive was fed into an adhesive roll coater to transfer the adhesive layer onto the recording layer or reflective layer.
