る給油用ロータリジヨイントを示す断面説明図で
ある。 １：ケーシング、２：回転管軸、３：回転シー
ル部材、３ａ：インサートシール、３ｂ：フロー
テイングシート、４：チエツク弁、１０：流路（
ケーシング側）、１３：給油口、１４：シール穴
、１５：排油口、２０：流路（回転管軸側）、３
０：連通孔、３２：シール面（回転管軸側）、３
３ａ：シール面（フローテイングシート側）、３
８：シール解除用スプリング。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 固定側となるケーシングの流路と、該ケーシン
    グ内に回転自在に軸支された回転側となる回転管
    軸の流路とを、ケーシングの流路に形成されたシ
    ール穴に対してその軸方向に摺動自在に装着され
    たフローテイングシートと回転管軸の内方端面に
    備えたインサートシールとで構成される回転シー
    ル部材によつて回転自在にシール連結させるよう
    にした給油用ロータリジヨイントにおいて、 前記フローテイングシートとケーシングとの間
    に、フローテイングシートをそのシール面がイン
    サートシールのシール面から離れる方向に摺動付
    勢させるシール解除用スプリングを備え、かつ、
    フローテイングシートの連通穴内に、給油圧によ
    つてその流路を開くチエツク弁を備えると共に、
    該チエツク弁のクラツキング圧力より低い給油圧
    でフローテイングシートをそのシール面がインサ
    ートシールのシール面に圧接する方向に摺動させ
    るように前記シール解除用スプリングの反発力を
    設定したことを特徴とする給油用ロータリジヨイ
    ント。
