第1図は従来の制御盤のヒンジ部の断面図であ
る。図において1は制御盤箱体、2は箱体1の前
面開口部を覆う扉、3は扉2の開閉支点となるヒ
ンジ軸、4は箱体1の壁前面と扉2との間に設け
られた矩形断面の弾性体パツキングで、扉2の内
面に固着されている。前記ヒンジ軸3は箱体1の
壁の厚みの中央線の延長上に在つてかつ扉2の内
部に位置するように設けられている。第2図はこ
の扉の開閉状況を示す断面図である。扉開閉時に
はパツキング4が大きく変形するので開閉が円滑
になされず、またパツキング4がはがれたり、品
質低下をきたし長期にわたつて防塵性を保てなく
なるといつた欠点があつた。

で示すものは同一部品である。制御盤の扉2のヒ
ンジ部内面には弾性体パツキング5が固着されて
いる。該弾性体パツキング5は矩形断面の弾性体
パツキングを盤の箱体1に当接する側の外方の角
を斜めに切り落とした断面形状に形成されてい
る。この扉を開閉する時は第4図に示すごとくパ
ツキング5が箱体1に当接して大きく変形するこ
とがなくなるので開閉が円滑になり、パツキング
がはがれたり、品質低下をきたすことがなくな
る。
