It is known to coat the string or to immerse the string under a roller in a glue bath.

A method is known in which a powdered sizing agent is dispersed and electrostatically adsorbed onto the yarn, and then the powdered sizing agent adhering to the yarn traveling straight is heated to adhere to the yarn.

However, the glue also has the disadvantage that it only adheres to one side and requires another method such as brushing to coat the entire surface, and the immersion method in the glue bath results in an excessive amount of glue being attached, so it is difficult to apply with a squeezing roller. It requires a large amount of heat to squeeze and evaporate water.

The amount of glue used, the amount of heat required for drying, etc. There were problems such as the need for complicated equipment.

In the pasting method, the bulky fiber string is passed straight through the dryer while being in contact with the outer circumferential surface of a roller to be coated with a sizing agent. The bulky fiber described in 1iii is dissolved at the rear of the roller, and furthermore, a hole perpendicular to the shaft hole of the shaft core is bored immediately after the roller, and the bulky fiber is formed in the shaft hole and the hole. A device for gluing a bulky fiber string is provided, which includes a spindle that runs freely through the fiber string and rotates coaxially with the string, and a touch member that contacts the bulky fiber m string at the rear of the dryer. .

However, due to the rotation of the spindle 7 that follows the rotation of the motor 12, the bulky fiber string l passing through the shaft hole 9 of the spindle 7 and the hole 10 moves 51 fi in one direction with the hole lO as a boundary. Add Z twist to the other side or vice versa.
The bulky fiber string l is placed in contact with the applicator roller 5.
In this case, the glue is applied to the epidermis by coaxially rotating the string, but due to some reason, agent #a gets caught up inside the bulky interior.

and the spindle 7 between the spindle and the touch roller 8.
The distance between the twists is long, and the twist of the former with the same number of pitches and a narrow pitch moves through the hole 10 of the loose spindle to the twist of the latter with a wide pitch, and this movement eliminates the twist, and the twist of the latter 1, the pitch width never narrows, and the twist is prevented from moving backward by the tuff roll 8, and the bulky fiber string 1 becomes untwisted, and the bulky fiber Ml glued to the untwisted skin is wound up.

The consumption of heat energy for drying is extremely low, the processing speed of sizing is greatly improved, there is no need for new twists in textiles, and the finished product is improved by sizing without losing its roundness. The resulting fabric is thick and has a beautiful surface with less feathering, and when finished in an untwisted state, there is no collapse of the winding due to twisting in the form winding of clutch facings of friction materials. Extremely large.
