Prior Art In such a power steering type steering device, the rod end of the power steering cylinder is connected to one end of a so-called bell crank arm, and pressure oil is appropriately supplied to the power steering cylinder, so that the bell crank arm Steering is accomplished by turning the steering wheels via a tie rod connected to the other end. In this case, the piping for supplying pressure oil to the power steering cylinder is
One end is connected to the steering valve, and the other end is directly connected to the power steering cylinder. In such a structure,
Since the power steering cylinder also rotates as the bell crank arm rotates during steering operation, the piping receives a force that bends due to the rotation of the power steering cylinder.
A flexible hose must be used, which has the disadvantage of being structurally weak. Also, the earlier application of this application, Utility Application No. 55-22204
No. 124061), the above-mentioned piping is swingably connected via a spherical seat at the bottom bracket near the center of rotation of the power steering cylinder. Since the power steering cylinder rotates around the above-mentioned rotation center, the hose is also subjected to a force that causes it to flex, and even if the flexure is slight and a copper tube can be used, the durability will be poor. There is an inconvenience that it is damaged.

FIG. 5 shows the power steering cylinder 1
4 rod 15 tip and bell crank arm 13
It shows the connection structure with the tip. First, the tip of the bell crank arm 13 is bifurcated to form a pair of support parts 41 and 42, and pin insertion holes 43 and 44 are formed in these support parts 41 and 42, respectively. 45 is a support pin, and both ends of this support pin 45 are connected to the insertion hole 4 described above.
It is inserted into 3,44. At that time, the support pin 45 is arranged between the support parts 41 and 42.
It is inserted into the inner ring 46 with a loose clearance fit. 4
7 is a spherical joint fitted onto the inner ring 46, and the rod 15 is attached to the outer periphery of the spherical joint 47.
The ends of the rods 15 are fitted onto the outside so as to be slidable vertically and horizontally, and the rods 15 are connected to each other. In this case, one end of the support pin 45 is formed to have a large diameter, and the inner ring 46 and the spherical joint 4 are arranged inside the support pin 45 .
Similarly, the other end of the support pin 45 projects upward from the support part 41, and a tightening nut 49 is screwed onto the projecting end to tighten the nut 49. As a result, the support pins 45 are pulled together, and the inner ring 46 is held between the stepped portion 48 and the side surface of the upper support portion 41. 50 is the stepped portion 4
On the side opposite to 8, a gap adjustment shim interposed between the inner ring 46 and the support portion 41 is shown.
Conventionally, such a support pin 45 and the inner ring 46 have been fitted with an interference fit without a gap.
Therefore, there was a drawback that assembly work was difficult, but in the present invention, these are fitted with a gap, and instead of this, the support pin 45 is tightened with the nut 49 as described above. This greatly simplifies the assembly process, as the conventional 5 minutes required for assembly now only takes 1 minute.

Effects According to the present invention, the support pin is fixed to the fuselage side,
One end of the power steering cylinder is pivotally connected to this support pin so that it can rotate freely around the support pin, and the one end is connected to the steering valve so as to communicate with the oil passage provided on this support pin. The other end of the connected pipe is fixed, so even if the power steering cylinder rotates horizontally as a result of steering operation, its support pin remains fixed. The piping connected to this support pin is not subjected to any bending force due to the rotation of the power steering cylinder, so there is no need to use hydraulic hose piping as in the past, and strong piping using steel pipes is required. This has the effect of providing a structure without impairing the durability of the piping.
