Claims (1)
体が通流したとき上記流体案内用配管内に音響が
発生する部分近傍で、かつ上記流体案内用配管の
外面に装着された圧電素子内蔵の音響センサと、
一定周期の出力パルスを送出する発信器と、この
発信器の出力パルス送出時点を基準にし、上記出
力パルスの時間間隔に対して前記音響センサから
出力される出力信号のうち振幅レベルが一定以上
の出力信号部分の期間の割合が所定値以上になつ
た時点で出力を送出する手段と、この手段から出
力が送出された時点より前記発信器の周期以上の
期間、報知動作を行なう手段とを具備してなるこ
